Subject: Re: Tahoe Hotshots, Alcohol, Death

When the Hotshots were driving back from an "end of season party."Were there  incidents of alcohol, drugs, assault, sexual assault, driving under the influence and other incidents from these parties that are condoned and even encouraged by FS management starting with the managers and instructors at Wildland Apprentice Academy at McClellan? Will  managers be held accountable for these improper and unprofessional behaviors and attitudes  or will these incidents  continue?

Some of the same unprofessional behaviors and attitudes are thrown down to
all branches of the USDA including the way that Customer Farmer's are Targeted and have been targeted even before they become customer/farmers, they are trapped into bogus loans to steal property that has been in American Farm Families for generations, the Bonus for foreclosure at the USDA has led to fraud waste and abuse and much wasted tax payer dollars, non compliance in the unlawful and unethical treatment  of the American Farmers and USDA Employees in the unprofessional manner that USDA Management, civil rights office , OIG, and a whole host of collaborative agency players have unlawfully, fraudulently gainfully benefited
by these horrendous practices they have collutioned  against anyone who wasnt partaking in the Legacy practices of coveting or stealing what thy neighbor(s) have.

In loo of the above an automatic investigation into all previous allegations should be
started as soon as possible so that the accountability and transparency.

How many people have to die before the agency gets serious about changing the culture of drugs, alcohol, sex, and violence as acceptable firefighter behaviors?

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

CAMPTONVILLE, California — A forest firefighter lying in a road was run over and killed by a colleague in a sparely populated stretch of Northern California in a bizarre early morning traffic incident involving alcohol, authorities said Monday.
California Highway Patrol investigators said a driver in Yuba County early Saturday spotted a man, Michael Patrick Kelly, 32, lying in the road about 3 miles from Camptonville, California, which is about 80 miles north of Sacramento.
The unidentified driver flashed his high beams in a failed attempt to warn an approaching vehicle that it was on a collision course with the man in the road.
The small car with six passengers, driven by Andrew Gruenberg, 26, struck Kelly, who was pronounced dead at the scene with head and torso injuries, the CHP said.
After hitting Kelly, Gruenberg traveled another 2 miles to his destination, telling investigators later that he believed he ran over an animal. A passenger called 911 and reported the collision and a "hazard in the roadway."
After arriving at his destination, two of Kelly's passengers got into another car and drove back to the accident site, where they encountered emergency crews.
"Alcohol appears to be a factor in the collision," CHP officer Greg Tassone. Tassone declined to release any further details, saying the investigation is still active. He did not say who authorities think was drinking.
The U.S. Forest Service said Kelly was a full-time employee and squad boss for the Tahoe Hotshots Crew, which is based in Camptonville.
Gruenberg is a member of the same crew.

BANK OF AMERICA TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY FROM ELDERLY WOMAN THEY FORECLOSED ON WHO FILED BANKRUPTCY !

Bank of America foreclosed on elderly woman[whose name will be left omitted] from Southern Indiana.
Her husband passed away , she had asked for helping re-amortizing her loan, at [BOA's refusal] she sought protection by filing a chapter 7 Bankruptcy"and" turning over her home, that had been in her husbands family for many years.

Being "Discharged" and being assured [she was now homeless] she was debt free, she has now received a letter from BOA stating they bought insurance amounting to over $3000.00 on the home no longer in her possession, and turned over in the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and stating they were taking this Insurance at her expense. Receiving this letter right at Christmas time.

The audacity, of these criminals in ties, causing so much stress and hardship on people in general, but on helpless elderly widows is unthinkable, adding insult to injury but to harass and unlawfully contact her after she was given discharge in a Bankruptcy, they ruined her Christmas as well.

This sweet old woman has had to deal with ragging high blood pressure and sugar readings since all of this
has happened to her.

Will Congress keep fighting over unimportant matters or protect innocent people from the predators!

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA

Dear Mr. President –

I wrote to you on May 19, 2011, requesting your assistance for women and minorities in the USDA, Forest Service, particularly women in Region 5, California. Shortly thereafter, Michael Blake, assistant to your senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett contacted me. Mr. Blake assured me that the White House was very concerned about the civil rights violations against USDA women and minorities. Unfortunately, little-to-no action has been taken to stop the egregious abuses, and they continue with no accountability for the perpetrators. I am writing to you again to request your assistance.

Mr. Blake advised me that he spoke with Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Joe Leonard, who would look into things, respond to the White House and they, "would take it from there to determine the next steps." Unfortunately, any steps Secretary Vilsack or Dr. Leonard took did not make a change in working conditions for women in California or USDA employees elsewhere. Mr. Blake has now moved to Chicago to work on your campaign and the women have been left to fend for themselves against abusive men and managers that physically abuse them, sexually harass them, and put them in harm's way. Secretary Vilsack seems to care little that women have been financially ruined, put in the hospital due to workplace violence, have been hospitalized for emotional breakdowns, are in fear for their lives, and have become suicidal. I am asking you to care Mr. President, because without your help it will continue.

The situation in Region 5 is so dire that we women were compelled to establish our own crisis intervention group. Women can call and get support when management frightens, intimidates, harms, and isolates them. Last month I had a suicide call from a Hispanic woman. Today, I had a suicide call from a Native American woman. Does someone have to die before Secretary Vilsack pays attention? Last week, a Native American firefighter was going to quit her job because male firefighters wrote, "whore" on the wall at her fire station. It was the last straw for her. This is the same woman I spoke of in my last letter who was sexually harassed, physically assaulted, and forced to urinate in front of the men. We women rallied to support her and keep her employed. Yesterday, we had mediation for a Native American woman who almost committed suicide this year from the treatment she received from forest, region, and Washington management. The agency tried to coerce her into resigning to get a settlement agreement – a clear message that she is not valued. This month a Native American pregnant woman was forced to work in an office filled with mice and feces, putting her and her twins' health at risk for Hanta Virus. We tried to get it resolved, even contacting the Secretary's Office – they did not care and refused to act. We had to call the Governor's office and speak with the Vector Borne Disease Control specialists who were so concerned about her health or risk of death that they intervened.  The U.S. government practiced genocide on Native Americans for many years – it appears that USDA has reinstated this policy in the Forest Service. It is shameful.

Tribal leaders throughout California are becoming increasingly concerned about the treatment of Native American women in the USDA, Forest Service. I believe you will hear from them soon.

Women of all races and ethnicities, Asian, Caucasian, African American, Hispanic, are being treated similarly – sexual harassment, workplace violence, threats, intimidation, stalking, career barriers, isolation, shunning, lack of equal opportunities, unwarranted discipline, termination. As I said in my last letter to you, "Mr. President, at this point in time you would not want your daughters to work for USDA." I can only imagine that Mrs. Obama, with her anti-violence against women stance must be horrified to learn about USDA.

Men of color are not fairing much better. Nor are people with disabilities. They too, undergo humiliation, intimidation, lack of opportunities and unwarranted adverse actions. Workplace bullying in the USDA and Forest Service is rampant, pervasive, and crosses all lines of gender, race, national origin, physical ability, and sexual orientation. Retaliation is institutionalized.

In Region 5, a class action on behalf of women was filed this year because of the abuses.  A Native American class action is being discussed. Filing costly EEO complaints and lawsuits are despairing acts by employees who tried everything else - to no avail, while Secretary Vilsack and Regional Forester Randy Moore turn a blind eye to the problem. The U.S. government can no longer afford to frivolously waste the taxpayer's money on these matters. There is a better way to deal with the issues. The USDA Coalition of Minority Employees has presented viable and cost effective solutions to Secretary Vilsack but he refuses to acknowledge The Coalition or discuss the solutions. I believe this attitude will continue unless the White House becomes involved.

I am aware that the White House recently contacted the Secretary's Office again. They are likely concerned that women, minorities, non-minorities, Black farmers, union employees, and concerned citizens will be in Washington, DC next week to raise their voices about the USDA civil rights violations and abuses. Women from the California Forest Service will be there, standing in front of USDA to be heard.

And Mr. President, if USDA leadership tells you that they are working on the problem, do not be fooled. The incidents discussed in this letter happened recently – four months after my last letter to you; three months after my communications with Mr. Blake; many months after the Shirley Sherrod fiasco; and many, many months after Secretary Vilsack's creation of policies that are allegedly designed to change the "Last Plantation."

In conclusion, I am asking for answers to the following questions. Why is it that you are allowing these egregious acts against your base to perpetuate? How many more months do women and minorities have to suffer until the White House does something?  And finally, Secretary Vilsack serves at your pleasure. How could you possibly be pleased with the horrific USDA and Forest Service working conditions he has condoned by his lack of action? I now believe only the White House can answer these questions. Please, President Obama, please answer these questions. It is of utmost importance to thousands of your constituents that you address this matter.

Please feel free to contact me at 530-776-8582 or Coalition President Lawrence Lucas at 202-744-4384.

Sincerely,

/s/Lesa L. Donnelly

In Response to Glenn Beck Come Calleth The Land Lord

Mr. Beck, This open Letter to you of your comments of the deadbeat borrowers, of
America, I will tell you Sir, there may be some people who in fact may have intended to take loans the intended to defraud, but in actuality there is many of those people
out here who were not even borrowers and some who were conned into being borrowers.

If China comes calling, the papers are no more than Fraudulent conveyances, defrauding Americans of their properties, for someone Else's folly what is the Honor in that?

Our own, people are being defrauded, and murdered, because, the Ag Banks took bank
robbers and gave them big salaries instead of jail to teach them the ways of the scrupulous, case in point, Iowa banker Convicted on embezzlement charges for defrauding guaranteed loans, but yet today he sits in a very high ranking position
at the USDA's FSA in a place of Honor, if the Chinese want to do business with men
and women who are Honorable, then how about showing real honor and insisting that
the stolen lands be given back to the real owners, instead of doing business with the less than honorable of the USDA and their elite team of thieves.

As far back as the whites have been on the soil of what is now know as America, to the Natives, it is known as The Great Turtle Island! There has been one thing that every generation has had to endure and that is land theft, and genocide.

I personally know of Farmers and Families who have not been delinquent on their payments, and most were even paid ahead of the payment schedules, but these so called bankers and mortgage lenders, they know that it is unlawful to put securitization on property, but the great defrauding of the Chinese and the American People, is that the people who work in the USDA's and even in the mortgage
industry paid bonuses to their people to foreclose on property and in case after case in the court(s) it is proven time and again that the people and the farmers have been defrauded, there by meaning they never intended to be honorable to the people they sold the paper to, not the land and property owners. The people who sit in offices behind locks because they know they have made people angry and that they
have guilty conscience.

I have absolutely nothing against the Chinese people, nor any other county of people
but I dislike, thieves, murders, and the stupid remarks from the media who call the people of America deadbeats, because We Are Not!

I propose that the Chinese please, call for the arrest of those that defrauded you and have also defrauded the American Farmers and People, as well as every ethnic group in the country.

I have first hand personal knowledge, of the farmers and even of the people who have been defrauded and can show you that in the June 21, 1972 Congressional Record,
Vol. 118 Part 17 page(s) 21734-21742 (a/k/a The Plan To Liquidate The American Farmer)
You may find the plan laid out known as The Young Executive Report (sec. memorandum No. 1727) This Report written by the Young Executive committee April, 26,1971.

I can also tell you that the farmers and the people defrauded, have in fact contiguously reported and made compalaint(s), against the USDA and its many faces
Farmers Home Administration(FmHA), Farm Service Agency(FSA),Federal Land Bank (FLB)
Production Credit Association(PCA)Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Service (ASCS), no matter what name they have gone by, the players were mostly the same families, The Legacy Families with a few brought in as needed for learning their ways, to teach, and to be scape goats, some were threatened and even murdered, who
wanted to be honest hard working people.

Here's To the late, Donald Burger, A Giant in Civil Rights

Most Regular Folks never heard of Don Burger from Iowa, the late Donald W. Burger, was
a giant in the civil rights movement, he worked in the Department of Justice, he helped get the
Emmit Till bill passed, he fought out of his own pocket, for farmers, who were being defrauded
by the USDA, and he took many of us to Capital Hill, requesting hearings, with the joint judiciary
committee of Congress and Senate.

Mine was one of several Farm families, that Don, helped to get to Washington, We were one of the
farm families that he called his half dozen and to some it was Burgers Six, although sometimes
the number went up and down as the farmers finally lawyer-ed up.

Mr. Burger, introduced several of us farmers who had something in their individual cases, in common.

Some common similarities were unanswered complaints sent to the Office of Civil Rights,
Fraud, Mail Fraud,Honest Service Fraud, Collusion, Conspiracy, Conspiracy to commit Fraud,
Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Character Assassination,Tampered Documents & Mail,
Forgery, Dealing in Forged Securities,Refusal of Payments, and sum certain payoffs, intimidation, harassment, Title 42 Violations, Torts, (they admit to these), Bonuses for Foreclosures, Destruction of Personal Property, Theft of Personal Property, Securitization,Trespass, Title 18 Violations, Discrimination, Non-Compliance of Their own Rules and Regulations, Denial of loans to some, Wire Taping, GPS Tracking, Unlawful Search & Seisures, Many Ammendamant Violations, Battery, Unlawful Detainments, Police Brutality,
Rustling Cattle and Livestock, Cruelty To Animals, Mental and Physical Abuses to Children of the Farmers, this list can continue on and on.

Desperation, Deprivation, the Legacy People continue to put there own in the local Courts, and collution isnt just in the Federal Arena, Indiana is only one of the States that has networks of
families, and or social clubs who are using area planning commisions and Farm Service Agency,
and U. S. Geological Survey maps, to deprive land owners of their land, minerals, natural gas,
other valuable considerations, and destruction of vast amounts of historical landmarks, such as
the Underground Railroad, Native American(indian) Mounds, the true land marks of the First American Survays.

They spent trillions of stolen $, to hide what they were doing, and yet some of the most horrible
people are still working where they can continue doing harm to these farmers, whose families , blood, sweat, and tears, worked the lands, and some even before the taxation was installed.

We must Have No Fear, and Stand and Fight Together.

Before I go there is something I must address, about Don Burger, he gave his life for what he believed, if you dont believe me, listen to this...

Don Burger knew he was dieing and yet he continued to travel to Washington and all across this great land, on a daily basis since I was introduced to him in February 2007, Don or I called each other several times a day, if I didn't hear from him I called him, If I didn't get him I was given his sister's number to call to check on him, before this call which I made several times
I'd call the farmers that Don introduced me to, on three way calls, in person, at marches, inDC
when Don knew time was emmeinate, he called "Don's Farmers and told us he was having his
deathbed statement recorded,by, Sydney Perceful, and Dennis Chase, was supposed to take over for him, both was disrespectfull to a good man and made promises they didn't intend to keep, At this point not one of the "Don's Farmer's have gotten a copy of the disc, not even Lawrence Lucas, who was a trusted person, and advocate, he was also supposed to get one, and didn't .
One farmer even paid the fees for Ms. Perceful's Recording of Don's Death Bed Statement, last I
heard, not even he recieved a copy.

Supposedly, The Attorney General Eric Holder was given these copies and that's been that.

Altough Don made another call to me his hospice was changed and he was supposed to be having a meeting w Attorney General Holder and Secretary Tom Vilsack concerning these "Don's Farmer's " about there situations and the wrongs done them at the hand of the USDA and it's employees.

The day he died I spoke with Don and he was optimistic concerning the talks and his recorded statement, his siter Linda knows of this call. Don was so weak that I didnt call the next day, I recieved a call from another farmer from Kansas saying that my good friend Don Burger had passed. And now there is a void for a half to a dozen farmers still fighting the Good Fight.

Not to mention his family, and the Civil Rights Movement. We all Miss you Don Burger.

A call to AG Holder and Sec of Ag Vilsack to keep your promises to a dieing man and do the right thing for the farmers. Make them whole. Make us whole, again, My husband Jerry still holding on, he still wants to go home to die. this hasn't changed since I said it in Washington at the W3 Confernce, May12-14,2008.

It's A Good Day To Fight!

It's a good day to fight! Fight! What are we fighting for? We are fighting for our right(s), we have rights that were ours
before there were Governments, which are the rights, that The Creator gave us, these are called allodial rights, which no government
has to right to take from us(you). They include the right to live, in peace, and to protect you and yours from harm. To live and make a
living. And not to have what is yours stolen from you. Such as your land (your inheritance). Your earnings. Your existence, your life.

What has been going on in recent times to the home and business owners is what happened to the farmers, and before them it was the
native(s) of America, Australia, Africa, Etc.

These things are not new things, but are a showing of the evil that lives in man. The evil in the form of Jealousy, power, greed,
lust, want, things that are all part of the ability to make the schemer to think that what they are doing is ok, that same ability
to get others to go along with the thought that if the government says that its right, then it must be, how foolish, we as humans
can be, to go along with these, frauds and thefts, the same things that are all against the golden rule, a/k/a The Ten Commandments.

Today is the first day of the rest of our lives, are we humans, or are we mice? It is now that we all must stand together, and help
your brother(meaning your neighbor), don't go along with the lies, Be a "WHISTLEBLOWER", and tell the truth about what is going
on.

Do you know where you live and what you live on..."YOUR GOOD NAME" is the address where you live and its your currency,
and your credit in good times and bad times alike.
