Subj: last night: radio station silenced the truth...our freedom under attack

    now we really know how badly america want to keep our voices silent. last night with more than 20 minutes left to go on radio, we were abruptly cut off and told by the radio host, that the radio station owner (as i remember) told her..... the talk radio host, to shut us down because of the subject matter being discussed......."discrimination at the us department of agriculture".

    this is an example as to how hostile america is....the news media in america....regarding the truth when it comes to people of  color in this country, especially, Black people. our desire for freedom of speech, justice, dignity, and respect was attacked last night on that new jersey radio show and we must not be silent nor silenced.

this is a very serious matter that should generate a very serious response.  what happened to us last night was an absolute insult.

A black community college instructor in Minneapolis claims she was formally reprimanded over a discussion on racism in one of her classes.

Shannon Gibney, an English faculty member at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, told MCTC student newspaper City College News in a video interview that three white students filed a complaint against her with the school after a discussion on structural racism in one of her communications classes.

In the interview, which was posted by the college newspaper to YouTube, Gibney says a white student interrupted her lesson to ask "Why do we have to talk about this in every class?" Another white male in the class then chimed in, Gibney told the student paper, saying he didn't understand either. "It's like people are trying to say that white men are always the villains, the bad guys. Why do we have to say this?" the student asked, according to Gibney.

Gibney said that when she told the students that they could file a complaint with the college's legal affairs department if they were so unhappy with the discussion, they took her up on her offer. That led to an official reprimand from the school in early November, she claims.

Gibney told The Huffington Post she could not comment further because the case is in appeal.

MCTC would not confirm that Gibney had been reprimanded after a student complaint, citing privacy laws. The school did, however, deny reprimanding her for leading a discussion on structural racism.

"The college has taken no steps to prohibit faculty members from teaching about racism, including structural racism," college spokeswoman Dawn Skelly told HuffPost. "MCTC has never disciplined a faculty member for teaching or discussing structural racism. Conversations about race, class and power are important and regular parts of many classes at MCTC and have been for years."

City College News reported that after Gibney spoke with the student newspaper, she was told she risks further punishment for violating the unnamed white male students' privacy.

MCTC noted in a statement that nearly one in four of the school's employees are minorities, and that "of the eight new full-time faculty hires the college made for fall 2012, six are people of color."

More than half of the 13,874 students enrolled at MCTC in fall 2013 are persons of color, according to the college.

The story was first reported last month by City College News, but was picked up by outlets like the Raw Story and Salon on Monday.

Gibney is not filing a lawsuit against the school, but is submitting a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging workplace discrimination at MCTC, Minnesota Public Radio reported.

In Response to Glenn Beck Come Calleth The Land Lord

Mr. Beck, This open Letter to you of your comments of the deadbeat borrowers, of
America, I will tell you Sir, there may be some people who in fact may have intended to take loans the intended to defraud,but in actuality there is many of those people
out here who were not even borrowers and some who were conned into being borrowers.

If China comes calling, the papers are no more than Fraudulent conveyances, defrauding Americans of their properties, for someone Else's folly what is the Honor in that?

Our own, people are being defrauded, and murdered, because, the Ag Banks took bank
robbers and gave them big salaries instead of jail to teach them the ways of the scrupulous, case in point, Iowa banker Convicted on embezzlement charges for defrauding guaranteed loans, but yet today he sits in a very high ranking position
at the USDA's FSA in a place of Honor, if the Chinese want to do business with men
and women who are Honorable, then how about showing real honor and insisting that
the stolen lands be given back to the real owners, instead of doing business with the less than honorable of the USDA and their elite team of thieves.

As far back as the whites have been on the soil of what is now know as America, to the Natives, it is known as The Great Turtle Island! There has been one thing that every generation has had to endure and that is land theft, and genocide.

I personally know of Farmers and Families who have not been delinquent on their payments, and most were even paid ahead of the payment schedules, but these so called bankers and mortgage lenders, they know that it is unlawful to put securitization on property, but the great defrauding of the Chinese and the American People, is that the people who work in the USDA's and even in the mortgage
industry paid bonuses to their people to foreclose on property and in case after case in the court(s) it is proven time and again that the people and the farmers have been defrauded, there by meaning they never intended to be honorable to the people they sold the paper to, not the land and property owners. The people who sit in offices behind locks because they know they have made people angry and that they
have guilty conscience.

I have absolutely nothing against the Chinese people, nor any other county of people
but I dislike, thieves, murders, and the stupid remarks from the media who call the people of America deadbeats, because We Are Not!

I propose that the Chinese please, call for the arrest of those that defrauded you and have also defrauded the American Farmers and People, as well as every ethnic group in the country.

US Attorney's who acted like immature children, instead of the educated and supposed civilized cream of the crop they are portrayed to be, including....former Indiana U S Attorney Susan Brooks,& Timothy Morrison Marsha Massey, Debra G. Richards, Jeffery Hunter, among others.

Let's not be unfair to the Judges   Judge Sarah Evans Barker, refused to allow a hearing on a foreclosure! There never was one   (Look here FBI, could this be the next link in the Operation Grey Lord, same7th Circuit)    Then the Magistrates, the one who rubber stamped the foreclosure, that he saw documents that he never saw, making any such Foreclosure of the Seaver Farm at RR4 Box 69, a/k/a 2077 North Terry Rd,
Scottsburg, Indiana [47170]    NULL AND VOID, VOID JUDGMENTS AND VOID ORDERS.

Meaning This property hast to be returned to the rightful owners  : The Mayme [Seaver] & Jerry & Melissa [Seaver]

Let's also not forget the County Government, including the Area Planning Committee, Do you realize you are
paying for them to plan ,the stealing of your property, your Children and Grand Children's inheritance.

Your County Commissioners are also responsible for this and anyone having such evidence should be ready
to turn this into the appropriate authorizes.
County, Assessors, Auditors, and Most Especially County Treasurer's , and Recorder's for the changing of records and the going along with  the guys who told you it would be ok, and How did the County Treasurer's
 Indiana get off Scott Free after being Audited by the State Board of Accounts and having Special Prosecutors called in. (  Is that why they were called Special Prosecutors!)  If you or I were to fraud the system, we would be jailed .

.In Scott County Indiana, when this happened with the Scott County Treasurer, just enough time
lapsed that she got off , because the same papers and the same law firm  "Houston and Thompson" each
 representing and entity involved  Mr. Houston Representing (The County/ The County Treasurer) & Mr.
Thompson representing the (Austin Rural Economic Community or AREC) The AREC just so happened to loose the same amount of money for the same exact dates as reported by Marti Randal of the Scott County Journal and also by the Louisville Courier Journal as well as several others, then Jurisdiction of investigation was argued over who had the authority the Indiana State Police or the FBI, the ISP must have won out but this brings up another controversy as the ISP officer involved Sargent Jerry Goodin's Father was on the Board of Directors of the AREC program, and the AREC program also was Set up by John C Thompson as President Clinton appointee, to the Rural Development after loosing is appointment to the Presidential Appointed Executive Director of the Farm Service Agency, following the results of the OIG investigation order by then Secretary of Agriculture Mike Espy.                      

Many acts of Malfeasance, Fraudulent conveyance,collusion between agency's and levels and branches of government, Child Abuse, Animal Abuse, Cattle Rustling, Endangering the safety of the community,Legacy
of Nepotism, theory of Reverse Nepotism, Theft, Theft By Deception,Trafficking in Counterfeit Securities,
Unlawful Mortgagee(s),Endangering the life of a child,Violation of the American with Disabilities Act,Unlawful Entry,Destruction of Personal Property.Theft of Personal Property,Theft of Property(land)(machinery),

Have been perpetrated against the Seaver Family.

They now steal the stimulus payments of a disabled man, for administrative offset, for forged loans the Seaver Family does not owe.

There is many aspects of this situation that have been brought to light and still unanswered, and many new facets, including taxes, damages, physical and punitive.

This may be considered a Notice of Intent To Sue and the hard copy is on it's way!

Social Security Cuts

Most of these people, have very limited income and didn't get a cost of living increase, at all this year anyway.

Most of the people on SS dont have the benefit of but around $750.00 per month, then medicare, has a

 monthly premium, that can be more than $100.00 per month of that amount, then the part B medicare, has its own premium, and has  co-pays for the medications. co-pays for the Doctors, and co-pays for the hospitals,  and services. When the Doctors prescribe medications, they don't even know the cost and the patient is considered un- cooperative, if they cant afford the medicine's, or the bills that ensue, and the patients are threatened and harassed for the money that should sustain them for the month.  

My husband has this amount of money and is disabled due to a medication mix-up at a drug store from previous years...and this was not his fault,  he farmed and had the 2nd largest farm operation in Scott County Indiana in 1985.

 Thanks to fraudulent activities from people in and around our community and all the way up to the Nations Capital. The inactivity of the Senators and Congress People from Indiana and the ones at Washington, is non-the less fraud or allowing fraud to continue is a breech of their duty.

Wake up Americans, see what is happening all around you, don't let this happen to the elderly and the disabled . 

To the newly elected officials, ask yourself, who elected me? Do I know what the Constitution really says?
Can I take the oath to defend the Constitutional Freedoms that each person is guaranteed, if I take an oath
that puts me under the Crown's authority? Why did I run for office, was it to make a difference? Can you make a difference if you don't know what you are doing, and who will be your boss, the people who voted for you,and  gave you an opportunity to serve. Don't be fooled by the powers that be. If they try to sabotage you, stand up and tell what is happening to you, name, the names of the people who will try to sway your vote.
