The Coalition For Change,Inc. (C4C) provided the EEOC with its response regarding harassment in the workforce. The C4C asserts that the federal government, the nation's largest employer, needs to do better in addressing unlawful harassment within its own ranks. Toward this goal, C4C submitted the following seven (7) accountability and transparency measures to more effectively address the problem.

Black farmers need equal protection under the laws of the United States of America! Signing this petition can impact the lives of tens of thousands of Black farmers and their heirs across America. There are 14,000 plus cases of discrimination inside USDA unresolved, they need to be settled.
