Foreclosure Fraud Confirmed By One Of Their Own!
In a report yesterday, Neil Garfield, a former Investment Banker,Trial Lawyer, and Board Member of several
Institutions, has confirmed the Smoke and mirror Allusions, of the Ponsi Scheme set off in the largest Fraud
to ever have been purported on the American People,
Confirming what a multitude of alleged mortgagees have been saying for a grand number of years, reportedly
kicked off by the "Credit Enhancement" & "Credit Default Swap" allegedly to have been a brainstorm of Wall Street, But some suggest to take a look deep inside of the USDA for answers, that date further in the true realm,of when the actual dates of the Real ponsi scheme started on the Farmers that, were supposed to be helped, by the USDA programs, all the while, helping their own pockets, by the plundering and piracy of Americas food basket.
Mr. Garfield, is said to have confirmed, as noted in Washington's Blog, We wouldn't be here now if the
mortgages were really securitized, but as long as the mortgagee, thought they were, the scheme could go on
When the time to go to Court came the real notes, were lost, so it wasn't anything to make a new one who was to know. Blue ink, black ink, but these tactics aren't new, they are documented at least back into the
1600's.
The sloppy paper work was the smoke to cover for the non securitization, but what they aren't saying and can be researched, is the fact that in this country mortgages on land is unlawful, and has been ever since this
country filed a bankruptcy back in the Depression.
The question is when will the defrauded farmer and home owners go back tot heir homes, this is right, and necessary for the country to become stable again.
And question number two: when will the banksters,and greedy government types. be prosecuted for their crimes.

There's A Difference Between Subprime And Fraud!
Always in the news it's the sub prime loans this and they couldn't pay for the loans they got, that.
Well I'm gonna let you in on a little secret, it's not sub prime, it's "FRAUD", mortgages on land
is illegal, in this country, and Your Banker and the Feds they know this, but unless We the People
start Standing up and making Demands for our rights, we wont have any left.
If a farmer or rancher, or even a home owner, has lost land or had to file a bankruptcy because
you were being defrauded by the bank, the government, the court(s), guess what, There is no
Statute of Limitations on Fraud, and Color of Law isn't of use in a fraud case, and all cases can have
"VOID JUDGMENT" stamped on it's face. I heard this once but not sure from whom " Foreclosures are not merely Voidable they are in fact VOID!
For those who have problems w/such God's speed to your recovery as the creator didn't create you to fail. Truth Will Set You Free. He made us to do well, sometimes we forget his will is ours to
accept or not, so do the best you can with what you have, but know that if you know something
is wrong there is a right and wrong way to proceed with the way to handle this situation .
Education isn't a bad word, and there is education places out there, maybe not college, but it's there go to itconstitutional@aol.com

Congressional Record 1972, The Young Executive Plan, (known as "Plan To Liquidate The American Farmer") proves the fight of the American Farmer is not black, white, red, wheel
chair bound, vision impaired, old age, these are the tools used by the USDA's minions,known as Gov. Agencies,Administrations,and Services these and other Government entities, use many types of Tort's, Title 18 and 42 Violations, Collusion, Fraud, Mail Fraud, Honest Service Fraud, and this
just scratches the surface of these violations, that the farmers have been calling foul on for decades.

It's A Good Day To Fight!
It's a good day to fight! Fight! What are we fighting for? We are fighting for our right(s), we have rights that were ours
before there were Governments, which are the rights, that The Creator gave us, these are called allodial rights, which no government
has to right to take from us(you). They include the right to live, in peace, and to protect you and yours from harm. To live and make a
living. And not to have what is yours stolen from you. Such as your land (your inheritance). Your earnings. Your existence, your life.
What has been going on in recent times to the home and business owners is what happened to the farmers, and before them it was the
native(s) of America, Australia, Africa, Etc.
These things are not new things, but are a showing of the evil that lives in man. The evil in the form of Jealousy, power, greed,
lust, want, things that are all part of the ability to make the schemer to think that what they are doing is ok, that same ability
to get others to go along with the thought that if the government says that its right, then it must be, how foolish, we as humans
can be, to go along with these, frauds and thefts, the same things that are all against the golden rule, a/k/a The Ten Commandments.
Today is the first day of the rest of our lives, are we humans, or are we mice? It is now that we all must stand together, and help
your brother(meaning your neighbor), don't go along with the lies, Be a "WHISTLEBLOWER", and tell the truth about what is going
on.
Do you know where you live and what you live on..."YOUR GOOD NAME" is the address where you live and its your currency,
and your credit in good times and bad times alike.

Land Rights And Farming
For the people who are having trouble w/ their property rights, all types, we invite you to come on board and tell us your problems. If we can help you find some answers, well try.
please don't set there and suffer alone through...acceleration, foreclosure, taxes, maybe your ashamed, embarrassed, you don't have to be, there are good people trying to help.
Remember there is safety in numbers. And others are going through or have went through what
your going through now. (or you wouldn't be looking for answers!)
