We the people Defrauded, Didn't start this situation, we want our property returned, paid for the damages,
including damages to the children and Grandchildren, the livestock,the broken contracts, the lost crops.
Damages to house and home. Cultural damages, historical damages, and punitive damages, loss of income,
wages, benefits, loss of Good Name Standing in the community, (Intentional Character Assassination).
Who all is responsible, Why the Government of Course! The Government has been notified time and again,
of the frauds and wrongs done to people, and yet, there isn't anything done about it, they pass it from one to
other. Case In Point: While in Washington DC May 2008 for the 2nd Annual Whistle Blower Week In Washington, W3, I personally hand delivered packages of documents, showing evidence of wrong in a
case of Fraud,Waste, and Abuse, at the hands of Government Employees, one set of these documents was
handed to Rep. Edolphus "Ed" Towns,(D.,N.Y),(this was at the conclusion of the oversight hearing that was supposed to have Margo McKay and Carolyn Cooksie, instead it was McKay and Phyllis K.Fong May 2008) by myself personally, and he turned them, in front of me over to his counsel, named was Velvet, she told me to call her first of the week, I was told she quit when I called and given a run around.
The pass around and over of all of the complaints wont make them go away. Being fair to Rep Towns, the
Reps and Senators from Indiana, have also been lacking in the ways they handled the same sets of documents
the truths have been hidden no different than the housing mess.
The handling of the farm frauds by the office of general counsel has, cost the government in integrity and many times more money than it should, and the get out free documents the FSA employees get to sign that freezes their assets, before their hearings and and they can retire with their, (thieving), Bonuses for foreclosures, which
gives them plenty of reason to go after the farmer and steal land and homes that some of them live on today.
But just like the housing mess, the notes, and mortgages aren't and weren't in the hands of the Farm Service Agency/Rural Development/Rural Housing Service, before the start nor after the start of the foreclosure in many instances.
Documents were forged, signatures cut off already filled out financing statements, to make it look like it wouldn't work. Payments reversed, payments stolen, and payments not accepted to cause you to become delinquent. These are just some of the atrocities, we have faced.
My husband just wants to go home to die and to know what he and his father, and his father before him worked to leave to our children.
Copies of those document packets were given to : Indiana Senator Richard Luger, Rep Baron Hill, Rep Sodrel, Texas Congress Women Eddie Bernice Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee, Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Sentors Charles Grassely, and Harry Reid, among others who also received these copies.
As of today, they didn't any follow through with their promises.

Who splits the Bonuses For Foreclosures?
Defrauded, farmers, land, and home owners, want their properties, and their Good Names, returned!
The Bankers, Judges, Attorney's, IRS, Politicians, and "greedy" Government employees, should have to stand trials, for their part(s), in the Malfeasance,Collusion,Corruption, document tampering and forgery, Wow!Doesn't this make it racketeering, RICO, they have taken part in.Instead of a warm bed at night, maybe they should have to sleep on a cold floor, like poor old Mr. Young in, Kentucky, or on a love seat or floors like. the Seaver family, in Indiana.
Farm Service Agency, a part of the USDA, that replaced, Farmers Home Administration
started foreclosures on Farms all across the country, some were so unexpected by the farmers and their families, it resulted in many suicides, and lost lands, that has been in some of the families for many generations.
Farm suicides, I personally remember one in the next county over in 1985, a young boy, just a teen, his father died and his mother was up in age and hadn't never done the families book work,it was left to the young man to do the dairy, and take the milk checks to the Farmers Home Administration, my folks were going to buy a dairy heifer a crossbreed, from this boy, and the day we went there to pick her up, the mother met us, and we couldn't buy the heifer, because they had gotten an acceleration notice, and he hanged himself in the milk parlor.
My own family has many, instances, that could be put here, but today I want to keep this an endeavor to show that it's not one or two, nor that is it black or white, but that the system, is flawed, which allows, agencies to govern themselves, which allows, people who have done wrong to go unpunished,by using "color of law", if it were you or I, we would be thrown into solitary confinement for contempt of court or for practicing law with out a license, and yet those very people who refused to accept , our paperwork, was obstructing justice,by show their true bias. Did you know that a farmer acting pro-se can't get a hearing date set on a foreclosure brought against them for land? Which is a requirement in the rules, and also, the Magistrates sign or have given their signatures into a stamp to sign off on foreclosure start up documents. Then you get the District court Judges and Bankruptcy Court Judges, who will allow, U.S. Attorney's to harass a man they already knew had just had a heart attack into another, and then no-one would call an ambulance, Notice hostile environment, was filed into the court and no one was held accountable.
The Courts are supposed to be unbiased, but let me tell you, so far, I have seen a great big greedy monster in the courts, and you can find it in the news all the time, tell me this, did the "OPERATION GREY LORD" really get stopped, or did it just bring in more advertising for those that hadn't been brought into the organized crime wave that is the Courts we have today.
The courts who get their share of the bonuses for foreclosures. Also if you fight it you either hire an Attorney, or you go in pro-se and either way it's money to the courts and it's money for an Attorney, or money for,filing fees, mailings, research, preparation, ink, paper, or printing, bindings. envelopes,the money list of who gets a share, goes can go on and on.
11th Amendment? Does it really give them standing or jurisdiction?
I find that for everything the good ole boys have a loop hole that suits their needs and or wants as they go.

Here's To the late, Donald Burger, A Giant in Civil Rights
Most Regular Folks never heard of Don Burger from Iowa, the late Donald W. Burger, was
a giant in the civil rights movement, he worked in the Department of Justice, he helped get the
Emmit Till bill passed, he fought out of his own pocket, for farmers, who were being defrauded
by the USDA, and he took many of us to Capital Hill, requesting hearings, with the joint judiciary
committee of Congress and Senate.
Mine was one of several Farm families, that Don, helped to get to Washington, We were one of the
farm families that he called his half dozen and to some it was Burgers Six, although sometimes
the number went up and down as the farmers finally lawyer-ed up.
Mr. Burger, introduced several of us farmers who had something in their individual cases, in common.
Some common similarities were unanswered complaints sent to the Office of Civil Rights,
Fraud, Mail Fraud,Honest Service Fraud, Collusion, Conspiracy, Conspiracy to commit Fraud,
Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Theft, Character Assassination,Tampered Documents & Mail,
Forgery, Dealing in Forged Securities,Refusal of Payments, and sum certain payoffs, intimidation, harassment, Title 42 Violations, Torts, (they admit to these), Bonuses for Foreclosures, Destruction of Personal Property, Theft of Personal Property, Securitization,Trespass, Title 18 Violations, Discrimination, Non-Compliance of Their own Rules and Regulations, Denial of loans to some, Wire Taping, GPS Tracking, Unlawful Search & Seisures, Many Ammendamant Violations, Battery, Unlawful Detainments, Police Brutality,
Rustling Cattle and Livestock, Cruelty To Animals, Mental and Physical Abuses to Children of the Farmers, this list can continue on and on.
Desperation, Deprivation, the Legacy People continue to put there own in the local Courts, and collution isnt just in the Federal Arena, Indiana is only one of the States that has networks of
families, and or social clubs who are using area planning commisions and Farm Service Agency,
and U. S. Geological Survey maps, to deprive land owners of their land, minerals, natural gas,
other valuable considerations, and destruction of vast amounts of historical landmarks, such as
the Underground Railroad, Native American(indian) Mounds, the true land marks of the First American Survays.
They spent trillions of stolen $, to hide what they were doing, and yet some of the most horrible
people are still working where they can continue doing harm to these farmers, whose families , blood, sweat, and tears, worked the lands, and some even before the taxation was installed.
We must Have No Fear, and Stand and Fight Together.
Before I go there is something I must address, about Don Burger, he gave his life for what he believed, if you dont believe me, listen to this...
Don Burger knew he was dieing and yet he continued to travel to Washington and all across this great land, on a daily basis since I was introduced to him in February 2007, Don or I called each other several times a day, if I didn't hear from him I called him, If I didn't get him I was given his sister's number to call to check on him, before this call which I made several times
I'd call the farmers that Don introduced me to, on three way calls, in person, at marches, inDC
when Don knew time was emmeinate, he called "Don's Farmers and told us he was having his
deathbed statement recorded,by, Sydney Perceful,and Dennis Chase, was supposed to take over for him, both was disrespectfull to a good man and made promises they didn't intend to keep, At this point not one of the "Don's Farmer's have gotten a copy of the disc, not even Lawrence Lucas, who was a trusted person,and advocate, he was also supposed to get one, and didn't .
One farmer even paid the fees for Ms. Perceful's Recording of Don's Death Bed Statement, last I
heard, not even he recieved a copy.
Supposedly, The Attorney General Eric Holder was given these copies and that's been that.
Altough Don made another call to me his hospice was changed and he was supposed to be having a meeting w Attorney General Holder and Secretary Tom Vilsack concerning these "Don's Farmer's " about there situations and the wrongs done them at the hand of the USDA and it's employees.
The day he died I spoke with Don and he was optimistic concerning the talks and his recorded statement, his siter Linda knows of this call. Don was so weak that I didnt call the next day, I recieved a call from another farmer from Kansas saying that my good friend Don Burger had passed. And now there is a void for a half to a dozen farmers still fighting the Good Fight.
Not to mention his family, and the Civil Rights Movement. We all Miss you Don Burger.
A call to AG Holder and Sec of Ag Vilsack to keep your promises to a dieing man and do the right thing for the farmers. Make them whole. Make us whole, again, My husband Jerry still holding on, he still wants to go home to die. this hasn't changed since I said it in Washington at the W3 Confernce, May12-14,2008.

There's A Difference Between Subprime And Fraud!
Always in the news it's the sub prime loans this and they couldn't pay for the loans they got, that.
Well I'm gonna let you in on a little secret, it's not sub prime, it's "FRAUD", mortgages on land
is illegal, in this country, and Your Banker and the Feds they know this, but unless We the People
start Standing up and making Demands for our rights, we wont have any left.
If a farmer or rancher, or even a home owner, has lost land or had to file a bankruptcy because
you were being defrauded by the bank, the government, the court(s), guess what, There is no
Statute of Limitations on Fraud, and Color of Law isn't of use in a fraud case, and all cases can have
"VOID JUDGMENT" stamped on it's face. I heard this once but not sure from whom " Foreclosures are not merely Voidable they are in fact VOID!
For those who have problems w/such God's speed to your recovery as the creator didn't create you to fail. Truth Will Set You Free. He made us to do well, sometimes we forget his will is ours to
accept or not, so do the best you can with what you have, but know that if you know something
is wrong there is a right and wrong way to proceed with the way to handle this situation .
Education isn't a bad word, and there is education places out there, maybe not college, but it's there go to itconstitutional@aol.com

THE YOUNG EXECUTIVE REPORT & WHAT IT MEANS TO ALL OF US!/a/k/a Plan To Liquidate The american Farmer
Have you ever heard of "THE YOUNG EXECUTIVE REPORT"? Well you should, because it effects all of us! In the CONGRESSIONAL RECORD of JUNE 1972 an item read in called The "Young Executive Report" what is it? What does it mean?
Also known as the "PLAN TO LIQUIDATE AMERICAN SMALL FAMILY FARMERS"
because they didn't have a valuable place in "SOCIETY", for a long time after I first heard of it
I was told it wasn't real...More real than Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or the Tooth Fairy, and
ask any child they can tell you Santa is real until someone tells them otherwise. Its real, It has
caused far too much pain, to not be, just like the Native American"Indians"were assimilated into
civilized society, since the 1970's so has the American Farmer, all one has to do is research.
Basic simple curiosity, and the ability to follow a lead. To assimilate the farmer into society
the congress had to make way for this to happen, appropriations to add the American farmer
to the welfare line was set into motion. But how were they going to force, oh I mean assimilate
the farmer into suburbia, well It's called FSA/Farm Service Agency, formerly known as FmHA/
Farmers Home Administration, Just like PCA/Production Credit Association became Farm
Credit Services, these guys both had cousins in arms against the farmers, Federal Land Bank,
ASCS/ Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Service. People there is an old adage here for
that there's somethings wrong here...follow the money, also check out CCC/ Commercial Commodity Credit, (an account inside the USDA w/ no accountability, whats that mean it where they hide the farmers stolen money, until they force them off their land, to divide their bonuses w/their friends in the Federal Courts, and the US Attorney's Office's, it doesn't matter how many people get hurt ask my grandson "TY" he was only three and a half years old on February 15, 2007when they came in w/ guns, lead by the Scott County Sheriff, They had no Court Order,
they had no warrants, but they manhandled a small child and his grandma, he is still fearful of
anyone wearing any type of uniform.
I have met personally other farmers who have been fighting for years, but since this has been on
since the 1970's wide spread, these people use the Divide and Conquer method to control the news of the widespread abuses, to keep from paying the harmed ones for the harms, trying
to wait them out to die.
Why do they want our lands so badly...they killed the Indians for Gold rushes, they are killing the farmer(s) no matter their color, race, sex, social disadvantage, handicap, etc. Not because of
Gold, but because of the OIL, Natural Gas, Coal, Minerals, maybe even gold or Silver, and the
Ponsi gold rush of get'em off the land rush into land contracts w/ big down payments and large
payments, so they can force them also into foreclosure and do it all again.
Not to mention that most if not all of these farmers were sought out by the USDA to become
borrowers, there, they have evidence(s) against these agencies, administrations, and Services
made their payments, and these folks payments don't show up as being made, then when
they/we got the Office of Civil Rights or the Secretary of Agriculture , their first priority is to
hold back so that the time limit has lapsed, And what about the fact that land cant be mortgaged

is an Agency and isn't eligible to receive funds from non-profs, how can i prove this, look on the
brochure, it says that it is project of the RURAL DEVELOPMENT right on it!

the farmer into suburbia, well It's called FSA/Farm Service Agency, formerly known as FmHA/
Farmers Home Administration, Just like PCA/Production Credit Association became Farm
Credit Services, these guys both had cousins in arms against the farmers, Federal Land Bank,
ASCS/ Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Service. People there is an old adage here for
that there's somethings wrong here...follow the money, also check out CCC/ Commercial Commodity Credit, (an account inside the USDA w/ no accountability, whats that mean it where they hide the farmers stolen money, until they force them off their land, to divide their bonuses w/their friends in the Federal Courts, and the US Attorney's Office's, it doesn't matter how many people get hurt ask my grandson "TY" he was only three and a half years old on February 15, 2007when they came in w/ guns, lead by the Scott County Sheriff, They had no Court Order,
they had no warrants, but they manhandled a small child and his grandma, he is still fearful of
anyone wearing any type of uniform.
I have met personally other farmers who have been fighting for years, but since this has been on
since the 1970's wide spread, these people use the Divide and Conquer method to control the news of the widespread abuses, to keep from paying the harmed ones for the harms, trying
to wait them out to die.
Why do they want our lands so badly...they killed the Indians for Gold rushes, they are killing the farmer(s) no matter their color, race, sex, social disadvantage, handicap, etc. Not because of
Gold, but because of the OIL, Natural Gas, Coal, Minerals, maybe even gold or Silver, and the
Ponsi gold rush of get'em off the land rush into land contracts w/ big down payments and large
payments, so they can force them also into foreclosure and do it all again.
Not to mention that most if not all of these farmers were sought out by the USDA to become
borrowers, there, they have evidence(s) against these agencies, administrations, and Services
made their payments, and these folks payments don't show up as being made, then when
they/we got the Office of Civil Rights or the Secretary of Agriculture , their first priority is to
hold back so that the time limit has lapsed, And what about the fact that land cant be mortgaged

Where will the next one look for help...will he go to FARM AID, Who I have supported and
received help from, but when you ask them for help now they still have a list in Indiana of
contacts that in the 1990's were taken over by the Rural Development /RD another of the
alphabet boys of the USDA, oops, someone should tell them that Farm Counseling Project
is an Agency and isn't eligible to receive funds from non-profs, how can i prove this, look on the
brochure, it says that it is project of the RURAL DEVELOPMENT right on it!

It's A Good Day To Fight!
It's a good day to fight! Fight! What are we fighting for? We are fighting for our right(s), we have rights that were ours
before there were Governments, which are the rights, that The Creator gave us, these are called allodial rights, which no government
has to right to take from us(you). They include the right to live, in peace, and to protect you and yours from harm. To live and make a
living. And not to have what is yours stolen from you. Such as your land (your inheritance). Your earnings. Your existence, your life.
What has been going on in recent times to the home and business owners is what happened to the farmers, and before them it was the
native(s) of America, Australia, Africa, Etc.
These things are not new things, but are a showing of the evil that lives in man. The evil in the form of Jealousy, power, greed,
lust, want, things that are all part of the ability to make the schemer to think that what they are doing is ok, that same ability
to get others to go along with the thought that if the government says that its right, then it must be, how foolish, we as humans
can be, to go along with these, frauds and thefts, the same things that are all against the golden rule, a/k/a The Ten Commandments.
Today is the first day of the rest of our lives, are we humans, or are we mice? It is now that we all must stand together, and help
your brother(meaning your neighbor), don't go along with the lies, Be a "WHISTLEBLOWER", and tell the truth about what is going
on.
Do you know where you live and what you live on..."YOUR GOOD NAME" is the address where you live and its your currency,
and your credit in good times and bad times alike.
