USDA Announces Hispanic and Women Farmer and Rancher Claims Period Now Open

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced that Hispanic and women farmers and ranchers who allege discrimination by the USDA in past decades can file claims between September 24, 2012 and March 25, 2013.

The process offers a voluntary alternative to litigation for each Hispanic or female farmer and rancher who can prove that USDA denied their applications for loan or loan servicing assistance for discriminatory reasons for certain time periods between 1981 and 2000.

As announced in February 2011, the voluntary claims process will make available at least $1.33 billion for cash awards and tax relief payments, plus up to $160 million in farm debt relief, to eligible Hispanic and women farmers and ranchers. There are no filing fees to participate in the program.

The Department will continue reaching out to potential Hispanic and female claimants, around the country to get the word out to individuals who may be eligible for this program so they have the opportunity to participate.

Call center representatives can be reached at 1-888-508-4429. Claimants must register for a claims package (by calling the number or visiting the website) and the claims package will be mailed to claimants. All those interested in learning more or receiving information about the claims process and claims packages are encouraged to attend meetings in your communities about the claims process and contact the website or claims telephone number.

Phone: 1-888-508-4429
Claims Period: September 24, 2012 - March 25, 2013.

Independent legal services companies will administer the claims process and adjudicate the claims. Although there are no filing fees to participate and a lawyer is not required to participate in the claims process, persons seeking legal advice may contact a lawyer or other legal services provider.

They knew all along, 1907 USGS

the United Sates Geological Survey 1907, the property in Scott county Indiana has a very large amount of oil. natural gas, shale(s), and other valuable minerals.

The farm of Mayme Seaver un-remarried widow of Oren D.Seaver,s/o Charles and Nola (Morgan)Seaver, and Mayme & Oren Seaver's adult son and his family, this land has the center point of four corner sections right in the middle.

A Fraud perpetrated by the USDA and the DNR against this family and their land, so the government could gain control of the valuable assets beneath the surface, to do this they had to steal the land by defrauding the entire family[except the sister that worked for the USDA, because she helped her boss to perpetrate the Fraud]

At this exact time, 10:06am February 15, 2007 exactly four years ago today the Defrauding of the Seaver Family took on other aspects, such as unlawful holding a
body against their will, kidnapping, unlawful Trespass, violence used against a minor child,Unlawful entry with no court order, search or arrest warrants, unlawful search and seizure of private and personal property, destruction of property, theft, and many other atrocities.

Charles Seaver, bought his farm in 1914, and paid with gold backed cash earned by contracting tomatoes to Morgan's Packing Company, in Austin, Indiana, it was bought paid for and improved before he married Miss Nola Morgan, their their only child a son Oren was born in 1921. This property was theirs before taxation occured, in Scott County.

Prior to 1956 Oren and his wife Mayme purchased the rest of the land and moved out closed to their parents as Mayme's family owned a dairy on the next road east.[which was also lost to USDA]

In July 1985, Jerry and Melissa Seaver were married, and in Dec. 1985, his sister told him their mother wanted out of the farm and he should come to FmHA to buy her out. Now we find that FmHA[CSMike Brown]had made a phone call concerning Jerry Seaver(who wasn't an borrower nor had been their to pick up and application, nearly a year before his sister came up with the suggestion)to [PCA-Dave Morris].asking questions about Jerry and his operating loan, he did not own property at this time
and then we found out after all these years, that the sister had told Mayme that Jerry was wanting to buy her out and had no prior knowledge of the conversation with the sister and Jerry stating that mom wanted Jerry to Buy her out.

Senator Grassley,
My name is Melissa Seaver and I am a Whisleblower asking for your help in retrieving our farm back as it was stolen by defrauding , so therefore it still belongs to the Seaver Family Nunc Pro Tunc , Instanter.

No Settlements, Return Farms and Homes,+ punitive damages With Good Standing!

We the people Defrauded, Didn't start this situation, we want our property returned, paid for the damages,
including damages to the children and Grandchildren, the livestock, the broken contracts, the lost crops.

Damages to house and home. Cultural damages, historical damages, and punitive damages, loss of income,
wages, benefits,  loss of Good Name Standing in the community, (Intentional Character Assassination).

Who all is responsible, Why the Government of Course! The Government has been notified time and again,
of the frauds and wrongs done to people, and yet, there isn't anything done about it, they pass it from one to
other. Case In Point: While in Washington DC May 2008 for the 2nd Annual Whistle Blower Week In Washington, W3, I  personally hand delivered packages of documents, showing evidence of wrong in a
case of Fraud,Waste, and Abuse, at the hands of Government Employees, one set of these documents was
handed to Rep. Edolphus "Ed" Towns,(D.,N.Y),(this was at the conclusion of the oversight hearing that was supposed to have Margo McKay and Carolyn Cooksie, instead it was McKay and Phyllis K.Fong May 2008)  by myself personally, and he turned them, in front of me over to his counsel, named was Velvet, she told me to call her first of the week, I was told she quit when I called and given a run around.

The pass around and over of all of the complaints wont make them go away. Being fair to Rep Towns, the
Reps and Senators from Indiana, have also been lacking in the ways they handled the same sets of documents
the truths have been hidden no different than the housing mess.

The handling of the farm frauds by the office of general counsel has, cost the government in integrity and many times more money than it should, and the get out free documents the FSA employees get to sign that freezes their assets, before their hearings and and they can retire with their, (thieving), Bonuses for foreclosures, which
gives them plenty of reason to go after the farmer and steal land and homes that some of them live on today.

But just like the housing mess, the notes, and mortgages aren't and weren't in the hands of the Farm Service Agency/Rural Development/Rural Housing Service, before the start nor after the start of the foreclosure in many instances.

Documents were forged, signatures cut off already filled out financing statements, to make it look like it wouldn't work. Payments reversed, payments stolen, and payments not accepted to cause you to become delinquent. These are just some of the atrocities, we have faced.

My husband just wants to go home to die and to know what he and his father, and his father before him worked to leave to our children.

Copies of those document packets were given to : Indiana Senator Richard Luger, Rep Baron Hill, Rep Sodrel, Texas Congress Women Eddie Bernice Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee, Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Sentors Charles Grassely, and Harry Reid, among others who also received these copies.

As of today, they didn't any follow through with their promises.

Ohio, AG Richard Corday, says Court will issue Stiff Sanctions and Penalties, to Banks, for violating The Integrity Of Our Courts!

In a recent, Bloomberg, interview,Richard Corday gives examples of the laundry list of fraud, being confirmed by the 50 States Ag's Probe into the malfeasance fiasco, commonly known as Foreclosure-gate.

Defrauded Our Courts with Fraudulent evidence and Using a business plan built on fraud. Citing Stiff Sanctions and Penalties, by the Courts. How STIFF will they be? And what will become of the Defrauded?

No matter what name you call it Fraud is Fraud, of which there is no statute of limitations! With that being stated, Now the Defrauded should go back to their Farms and Homes.

What you don't think this hasn't anything to do with farms? Think again! When FSA and inter agencies of the USDA, securitized and added Rural housing on documents to bring foreclosures, that makes it the same issues.
At the best, Bank(s), should be hoping, that the fraudulent, wrongful takings, hasn't caused any unrepairable
damages to homes and properties, nor that unchangeable health status, has occurred to the Defrauded, caused by, or aggravated by these same actions.

Wells Fargo had recently boasted that they would resume the fraudulent actions of foreclosure, because they had done nothing wrong! Now they are stating, that their is approximately 55,000 cases containing errors in their files, I still say this forensic view of files was definitely done too fast for the number of cases involved.

They probably gasped, when the rulings came down from the Court, to try possibly in vane to re-establish it's integrity after allowing fraudulent evidence to be submitted, into the court, and to allow it to force Farmers and Home Owners off their properties, some by excessive force, and some putting innocent children and elderly and disabled people out onto the street. When the Courts Ruled that GMAC couldn't rescind faulty/fraud filled
documents, and refile new.
