this is as good as it can get in terms of proof as to how dysfunctional/abusive usda civil rights has been under the joe leonard leadership. we told secretary tom vilsack and the white house how bad things were and they ignored us for years.
the us supreme court is on notice as well.....Black farmer case.
we want this posted on our web page ASAP.
