Sheriff's Duty By Oath Sworn To Uphold The Constitution/ Which Makes Actions of the Young Executive Report Unconstitutional

It is the duty of all Sheriff's and Sheriff's Deputies, to uphold the constitution, and to serve and to protect, the
people who, are with in the boarders of their jurisdiction.

Their "Jurisdiction is, the area between the boundary lines of the county that they reside, in.

It is their responsibility to know, or to know how to research and find out what the Constitution, says, the rights, that is laid out in the Amendments to the Constitution, in the Bill Of Rights.

It also is their duty to know, that he or she can refuse to take part in "unlawful orders".

A foreclosure, can not be started with out the proper documents being brought to a magistrate, who has to read and they sign their name, in ink, stating that they viewed and inspected, and verified the documents, before a foreclosure can be initiated.  This can not be lawful, if these things were not done. A Stamped, or copy can not be what that magistrate signs,  it must be an original with ink signatures, if not it is not lawful.

Which means that some bank, or lender, is violating someones rights to due process, and it constitutes an unlawful seizure of property. These are violations of the 4th and 5th amendments respectively.

These make the Actions proposed by the Young Executives, Unconstitutional! Who were the Young Executives. In 1971 a group of Young Top Executives, from the below list of companies, and agencies,
were given a task by, under Secretary Of Agriculture, to do research, the value of the family farm, in society.

The Young Executives, were from The Extension Service, The US Forestry Service, Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Service, these are a few of the names, on the list. (watch for an update with list of names)
