the USDA Coalition of Minority Employees has played a major role in bring some justice to the civil rights process at the US Department of Agriculture,1994-2015, for minority farmers, especially, Black farmers, and USDA employees.
However, USDA has not fixed it's discriminatory culture under the Obama administration......a federal agency known as "The Last Plantation".
