After listening to the concerns of our members and after thoughtful reflection of my own personal challenges with
the Federal EEO Complaint processing system, as Founder and President of C4C I posted our organization's
comments for revamping the present system.
I am pleased that the EEOC allowed our comments, which identifies some agencies and officials
that have violated civil rights, to be uploaded "unedited" on its site.
Abuses within Social Security Administration, Veterans Affairs, Commerce Department, and Labor
Department are mentioned in particular.
*Upload on SCRIBD has been modified to reflect that C4C recommendation that the EEOC
should use "Administrative Law Judges" in lieu of Administrative Judges to govern over hearing process.
