Subj: Harry Young -Black Farmer: A Dying Man's Final Plea

The attached letter was a plea to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals about the judicial misconduct that ultimately led to the foreclosure of Harry Young's farm.
The Sixth Circuit dismissed this letter and told Harry Young to never write to them again about this. Presently before the Sixth Circuit is Lea v. USDA Et Al. 11-5969, in the rebuttal,
Petitioner Lea kept a promise to Harry Young and put all the evidence and admission of guilt by the USDA admitting that Harry Young paid his farm debt in 1985.

Now that the same cast of rogue Assistant Attorneys from the Western District of Kentucky is trying to unlawfully foreclose on the farm of Corey Lea, let's see if the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals will rule with the law or continue to turn a blind eye to the truth. Please forward this email to interested parties and advocates for Civil Rights.
