Is you could copy and send to me, if you need a fax number let me know, or send in a file and I will get it to Rod.

I will address the rest of the email in a few.

Rudi, I really do not have this copied, its some 14 pages worth; but if you people cannot locate and want me to reproduce it for your study I will copy it and transmit to whom? Yourself or to someone else?  The other reason I emailed you was,  Rod mentioned he needed legal researchers that is why I placed coordinator in the subject matter of the last email and included my address and phone # as directed by Rod on the show. Will you advise me as to this coordinator status Rod is looking for to help people with their law suits. Thanks. If you need references I am on Republic Broadcasting Network every wednesday with John Stadelmyer @ texas time of 4pm and have been approached by someone to be on Rods show, just before christmas. Anyway let me know. Pte.

I listened to your last show on Talk Shoe #518 today. Topic was Titles of District Courts.
I did a little research and in my old 1985 Edition of Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules; Green cover, West Publishing Company- Reference to Page 6. bottom of page "ORDERS OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES ADOPTING AND AMENDING RULES"
now over to page 7, first colum bottom reference "Order of December 29, 1948" Their appears to be a complete history on changes made to the rules and titles of courts of the Districts in a chronological order from 1939 to 1949 ending page 17 of book.

I thought this may be of some assistance in your research about the name change of the "district court of the United States" to UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT!

Would you be kind enough to direct this information to the proper humane being doing the research, I believe it was a male spokesman for the show. Pte.
