The attachment by the same title in the subject line is the same as following below report of events that occurred on June 14, 2001 while on the air with AIB . Other attachments are the described photos in that report.

the loud music videos will be sent to the Humane Society for cruelty to animals as Wakeman knows that my rabbits are directly on this die of the fence and will have strokes or heart attacks from  fear of his loud  music also while mowing the lawn with a commercial lawnmower simultaneously.

This follow up report pertains to the call made to Ocean Park Fire Department dispatch 360-665-4451 at 5:32pm 6 14 2011, written by the reporting party, ;jeanette-audrey; [triplett].


Several photos were taken by reporting party, [triplett], personally observing, having probable cause and first hand witness evidence of an illegal burn and to provide said evidence to the proper authorities.

Photos 1237 to 1247 clearly show evidence of the size and location of said illegal burn, located on “K” street one block North of 30th Street, a “No Burn Area.”


Photo 1248 now shows Wakeman, Gary , the renter residing at yet unknown address on “K” street, Seaview, WA. in retaliation to [triplett]contacting fire Department.


At no time did Wakeman state to [triplett] that he, in fact, had obtained a burn permit. The fires' proximity to buildings and vehicles would have been in direct violations of any permit, if any had been issued.


Wakeman continued to ignore, disregard and/ or refuse to recognize [triplett] concern for size and location of fire being next to neighboring fences, trees, buildings and other individuals homes.


Wakeman's fire was illegal as it was not authorized by code in that it must be in a fire pit 3'x3' or otherwise further distance from buildings.


Evidence was lawfully obtained by reporting party, [triplett], specifically to provided to proper authorities and to be provided to support this etal reports, not to vex, harass, annoy or otherwise intimidate.


Additional reports will be provided to the Humane Society for cruelty to animals and other applicable animal rights violations as Wakeman's retaliation as seen in photos 1248-1263.


Photos taken by Wakeman were in retaliation against [triplett] for contacting the Fire Department, who did not order Wakeman to extinguish the illegal fire.


Wakeman's landlord, Jim Lind, was contacted at 6:07 pm (6/14/2011)but refused to acknowledge or act stating “he is not going to do anything, he lives in Portland, Oregon and it's not his problem.” “You need to contact the authorities.”

The authorities were contacted, including Pacific County, WA Sheriff Department at 360-642-9397 at 5:58 pm.


Deputy Smith responded via phone at 6:46 pm and 7:10 pm.


[triplett] was on a live radio broadcast call with Rod Class, AIB radio host and private attorney general, during both contacts by Smith.


Upon Smiths arrival to Wakeman location, Smith, Wakeman and Wakeman's loud music were heard by over 186 witnesses also on the live broadcast, further interrupting an extremely valuable conference call in which the topic was authorities failing to act, authorities ignoring Administrative, Federal, State and other laws, wherein Rod Class, AIB radio host, as a private attorney general with others, lobbied before Congress last week addressing these and other issues. Class was now reporting those events on this Worldwide Broadcast, for which [triplett] is an investigative research specialist obtaining evidence to support presentations by those and other individuals.


Deputy Smith stated that reporting party [triplett] “needed to contact the Department of Community Development (DCD)as the authority over this matter”, “that is how it is done in Pacific County”and that “Wakeman can make as much noise as he wants to until 10:00pm”.


This report will be shared on numerous web pages to show additional ignorance of the law, violations of policies and procedures, and failure to act by local authorities, which is one main reason herein reporting party [triplett] carries a camera at all times, to gather and report evidence since authorities refuse or fail to do so.


DCD is not a paid as a law enforcement office but has wrongfully assimilated authority as a “Code Enforcement Agency,” although only selectively acts and/or selectively disregards any applications and/or reports. DCD is directly responsible for current/pending damages to [triplett] for non compliance and Administrative violations.


This is the other reason [triplett] lawfully obtained photos of Wakeman residence which abuts directly North of reporting party's location, to support evidence which may be necessary for future reference.


Numerous code violations exist on Lind's property by renter Wakeman but none have been addressed by Lind though a written report which included photo IMG_1213 of Wakeman “flipping off” [triplett] were provided to Lind on 6/6/2011 and other photos of code violations were provided at an earlier date, Lind refused to act, though Linda Lind acknowledged the horrific description of Wakeman's code and other violations provided by [triplett]stating “that he needs to go.”


CC's of this report sent to many firsthand witness on conference call during the event occurring about 6:00 pm 6/14/2011. Affidavits forthcoming, please send to [jt] personally.
