My Name is Rod Class
As one who lives on the land of North Carolina and have lived here since 2005 and was born and raised in Ohio in 1953, then moved to Florida in 1980, then moved here in 2005, I come before you as elected public officials to that office that belongs to the people.
It has come to my attention and to my learning and research of the following documented facts, and now I am addressing you all as elected public officers to that cabinet to the people to correct the wrongs and abuse that has been placed upon the people of North Carolina as well as the 49 States of the Union.
It is a historical fact that Congress has never held proper standing in law after 1861 when the civil war began. It is also a historical fact that President Andrew Johnson vetoed the Reconstruction Act of 1867..It is a historical fact that the Reconstruction Act placed this Country under Military Law. The 1967 Congressional report validates that to be a historical fact.
It is a historical fact the United States is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy under under F.D.R. Executive Order and HR192. It is fact that Congress is using the labor of the people to financially fund this country into debt but yet the People have never received any compensation as agreed under the bankruptcy. The agreement was if you used our labor for credit the people were to receive proper compensation, it is a fact that has never happened.
It is a historical fact that 12 USC 95 b is the ruling factor in the State of Emergency. It is a fact the People and this Country have been sold to foreign corporations and foreign nations without consent or a lawful Congress to make any such treaties or deals.
You, today, have the historical means to overturn all of this abuse and set the record straight. Convene Congress, bring back in the Southern States to reopen Congress.
Repeal the State of Emergency, Impeach Obama. Repeal all Obama's Executive Orders, which are all unlawful due to lack of Obama's qualifications to fill position of the Executive Branch. Repeal the Agriculture bill. Take the bankruptcy Bill of 1826 and the bankruptcy laws and remove agriculture from within each/all.
The people brought the land they live on fairly and in good faith. The People bought back the debt with our labor.
Reopen a lawful government back to the people
