Check out this bullsh*t! Whatever happened to equal protection and equal liability under the law. No one can deny that these suckers (State of California employees) consider themselves to be above the law. They're trying to close this "loophole." Ha! It's just the tip of a gigantic iceberg. The point is that they did it in the first place and will just keep on doing it until the people put a stop to it. Jeez.
