Recently as COMMANDER IN CHIEF your were personally served by ;Rodney Dale; [Class], a copy of a formal request for an Administrative Hearing before the Military, pursuant to USC TITLE 10.

The first page of that 500 (five hundred ) page served packet was Affidavit of ;Jeanette Audrey; [Triplett], (Herein).

As COMMANDER IN CHIEF, Christine Gregoire, you are formally requested to please advise your COUNTY OF, PACIFIC officers to immediately stand down from continuing any action against Herein.

Recent additional evidence has revealed further Racketeering Enterprises and other predicate acts, by COUNTY OF, PACIFIC and STATE OF, WASHINGTON officers acting under color of law, including those by Douglas Edward Goelz, Jon Kaino, John Didion and other STATE and COUNTY DEPARTMENTS under your command as COMMANDER IN CHIEF.

Conclusive evidence proves that Douglas Edward Goelz, court Clerk Kim Hamilton acting with John Didion and Jon Kaino, each voluntarily and actively participating in, are counterfeiting securities through COURT REGISTRY INVESTMENT SYSTEM (CRIS).

Additionally, there is yet another attempt to cause financial damage to Herein by those mentioned above each now acting with ADVANTIS CREDIT UNION, through a fraudulent case in COUNTY OF, PACIFIC 10 200245-8, as additional Racketeering Enterprises.

The above again are using extortionate means to commit grand theft auto by/through/with COUNTY OF, PACIFIC, on yet another securitized, counterfeited, Public debt form 1522 et al, by/through/with US Treasury and Federal Reserve, assigning a CUSIP © Number, (COMMITTEE ON SECURITIES IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES), a registered trademark of the AMERICAN BANKERS ASSOCIATION, then investing through Court Registry Investment System (CRIS) for additional Securities fraud, assigning the Public Debt Form through identity theft committed against herein, and transferring that tax burden against Herein for additional Tax Fraud against Herein, all committed by officers under the office COMMANDER IN CHIEF, Christine Gregoire.

Additional Intentional Identity theft is also currently committed by those mentioned above, but not limited to, altering Herein's name with intent to cause additional damage to Herein Executrix.

Each actor named herein, altering Herein's name, with intent, as a scheme to bypass Herein's Executrix protection, COUNTY OF, PACIFIC et al herein named perpetrators, but not limited to, fraudulently committing identity theft, as COUNTY OF, PACIFIC and STATE OF, WASHINGTON officers know Herein's true identity but are proceeding forward, acting under color of law, with intent to continue to commit fraud, counterfeit securities, pursuant to USC TITLE 18>; 472;473;474.

COUNTY OF, PACIFIC with forethought malice and intent, counterfeiting securities, has committed kidnap for ransom on three occasions, highway robbery, extortion, robbery, now conspiring to commit grand theft auto by use of COUNTY OF, PACIFIC acting under color of law to take a vehicle from Herein, Executrix.

ADVANTIS CREDIT UNION and COUNTY O,F PACIFIC intentionally have altered Herein's identity to criminally proceed though said vehicle insurance was paid off in full upon the death of Herein's spouse.

COUNTY OF, PACIFIC and ADVANTIS CREDIT UNION acting in concert, having knowingly collected Insurance on said vehicle at least three times, each having Securitized on Herein's spouse's death repeatedly, each actor named herein must immediately be ordered to stand down by the Office of COMMANDER IN CHIEF, Christine Gregoire, pursuant to USC TITLE 10.

Herein Third Party is a witness and signor in ; Rodney Dale; [Class] recent Complaint, with indictments, filed before HOMELAND SECURITY, incorporated herein in entirety by reference, addresses all fifty states COMMANDER IN DHIEF'S, each responsible for all officers under their command pursuant to USC TITLE 10.

Any/all additional damages caused to Herein by any perpetrator acting by/through/with COUNTY OF, PACIFIC including the scheduled extortionate threat to commit grand theft auto on Friday October 29, 2010 at 9: 00 A.M., will be addressed through the proper channels, including the previous damages of Securitization against Herein by all those mentioned herein which evidence more than supports.

Christine Gregoire, as COMMANDER IN CHIEF, and having received a certified true copy of a case filed with HOMELAND SECURITY pursuant to applicable regulations specified therein, it is the responsibility of the COMMANDER IN CHIEF to ORDER all officers under your command to IMMEDIATELY STAND DOWN and cease and desist ANY ACTION against Herein.

Having the facts presented before your office as COMMANDER IN CHIEF, failing to act to prevent damage, injury or harm to Herein will be cause for additional claims for relief.
