                  What is the Difference Between Civil Rights and Criminal Violations?

                 I am seriously confused on the fact that a Civil rights violation isn't also a Criminal one.
              Yes and I can also see that violations as many times as we speak to the fact that all men
              are created equal, there are some that are beat down harder than others.


                 It is a concern for me that Fraud is allowed to run so wild while everyone turns a blind
               eye, to the fact that a man can be stolen from by the government employees who are
               assigned to keep him safe from that very thing,

                Let us say....that it is a fact of which everyone knows but the people who are supposed
               to stop it admits it's broken but they themselves make so much monetary gain that their
               not willing to do anything about it!

                 Some of the hardest to understand is the Son's of Farmers and Rancher's who lost their                               legacies, to such fraud, that went to work for and did the same to other innocent families.
                The BIBLE does teach us that "the meek will inherit the earth" does that mean it is ok
                 to steal from them? It does also say in the Golden Rule: Thou shalt not steal!

                 I know that most of the American People have heard about the difficulties, that Farmers
                and Ranchers have faced, because they see a lot of land, or a lot of livestock,big shiny equip-
                ment, fancy trucks
