as in the case of us park service....the sexual harassment is equally supported by an abundance of evidence from women victims in the us department of agriculture (usda), forest service, region 5, western region, especially. also, they filed a class action in support of their many claims.

the fact of the matter is.....the entire civil rights process in completely broken at usda. usda has a proven record of racism, sexism, rape cases ignored, assaults, reprisal, harassment, intimidation & other abuses.

we are sorry to say usda, the congress, the main stream news media and many civil rights group and their advocates have remain silent...knowing the conditions minority farmers & usda employees suffer. it has been a struggle for justice that covers decades.

washington politics.... a business as usual attitudes, has been partially the blame for this long neglect of civil &  human rights abuses at usda. i have nothing but the utmost respect for those usda employees and minority farmers, especially, Black  farmers, for fighting for the justice they deserve." justice delay, justice denied".

the usda coalition of minority employees will stand with you. our time will come.

the filing of the wise v. usda, dred scott claim, at the us supreme court, in washington dc in June, will open the eyes of the blind and the blind folded.

respectfully,
