please share congressman elijah cummings letter, dated january 12, 2016, to secretary agriculture tom vilsack with hillary shelton, naacp washington office. everyone do not feel that usda (vilsack & joe leonard) is doing a good job.... as we have been telling you for many years to the contrary, but, ignored. this letter is on the congressman's web site, and a copy was sent to the house judiciary committee chair.

 

usda is a cesspool of abuse. regarding sex discrimination & more. there are some similarities to the penn state & the cosby situation. yes, many others may have known and said nothing....cover up.

 

there will be additional information coming forward in the very near future ( tv,radio & written press) regarding usda's widespread abuse, especially, against women.

Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, wrote to Tom Vilsack, Secretary of the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). In his letter, Rep. Cummings requested documents and information about USDA's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program.

Rep. Cummings expressed concern that it appears the Department of Agriculture "failed to file its yearly Management Directive 715 (MD-715) reports from 2011 to 2013. It also appears that the Department’s FY 2014 MD-715 may be incomplete. Cummings sought information regarding the nearly 30 compliance indicators that the Department’s EEO program has not met."
