In response to Tom Vilsack's article in the "Federal Insider" please know that USDA OASCR employees are the first federal employees to get something done about the infamous last plantation -- USDA!!! Please go to www.osc.gov. then click on: 1) Resources, 2) then click on: Public Files, 3) then click on FY 2015, 4) THEN GO TO USDA (at the bottom of the page).
