Not getting good information so Sharon called the Probation/Parole guy for the ankle bracelet.
His version is that Rod was taken to a district court within Salisbury, but that is not confirmed.

What I think may be going on, cross fingers, is there is too much of a paper trail obstacle to over
come while DC waits for a favorable decision on the challenge to the gun ban already overturned
by Supreme Court and judge Roberts(?) is in same Federal District Court.

IF the case were to be heard in Salisbury District court, North Carolina, the 2nd Amendment and
conceal carry would apply, since the only thing keeping case alive in DC is false charges and
no reason for court to dismiss in DC. The case could be dismissed for cause...North Carolina where
the conceal permit was issued and the 2nd Amendment is enforced,
no actual violation or inured party, and let the DC case slink away.

I don't know, I can't out think the criminal mind that has had a lot of practice.
