Independent Black Farmer Corey Lea, of Bowling Green, Kentucky blasted Republican Rising Star Rand Paul, also of Bowling Green, for doing nothing for his constituent. Lea has two suits filed in United States District Court in the Western District of Kentucky that are both on Appeal due to the collusion of Judicial Officers violating Lea's Civil and Constitutional Rights.

Chief Judge Joseph McKinley of the Western District of Kentucky has been involved in 3 horrific cases and very questionable ethic violation when presiding over cases involving Black Farmers. In 2005, Assistant United States Attorney Michael Spalding was able to take a case involving black farmer Harry Young of Owensboro, Kentucky and have Judge McKinley sign off on the transfer of Young's farm deeds. Spalding and Joseph Wathen of the USDA-FSA only submitted and affidavit before the Judge McKinley after they faked a foreclosure to sell off Young's Farm and Equipment. Young died in 2010 fighting for Justice and  shortly after Young's death, the Office of Civil Rights for the United States Department of Agriculture released a letter showing the Young indeed had paid his loan off in 1985.

Young was the only certified black coal miner in the country and had an estimated 500,000 tons of coal on his property. It was later revealed that Judge McKinley once was the President of the Kentucky Oil and Coal Commission. Assistant United States Attorney Michael Spalding also directed the United States Marshals to sell approximately $250,000 worth of equipmet to an arranged buyer in Illinois for $13,000.

Currently Independent Black Farmer Corey Lea is under a myriad of pressure by Farmers National Bank, USDA-FSA, Warren County Attorney's Office and Warren County  Kentucky itself and Barren River Health Department in an corroborated scheme to get Lea off his farm and out of the town..

Lea filed a discrimination complaint with the Office of Civil Rights for the United States Department of Agriculture in 2008. By doing so, Lea's farm was covered by provisions of the 2008 Farm Bill and provision 7 CFR 766.358 of the very same bill. Lea's farm had a first mortgage with Farmers National Bank that was guaranteed by the United States of Agriculture. When employees of USDA started their well known discriminatory acts, they conspired with Farmers National Bank, Warren County and it's Attorney's Office, Barren River Health Department and a local builder who happens to be Lea's neighbor to remove Lea from his farm.

Local Attorney Larry Hinton and Assistant United States Attorney Michael Spalding masterminded the scheme to illegally foreclose on Lea's farm. Farmers National Bank could have just as easily petitioned the United States Department of Agriculture for 95% of the balance of the mortgage.

In documents obtained from the United States District Court- Bowling Green Division [1:10-CV-29 and 1:12-CV-52] and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals [11-5969], Chief Judge Joseph McKinley broke multiple Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and laws to protect Assistant United States Attorney Michael Spalding for further committing fraud against black farmers.

For example, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 16 requires a Court to enter a scheduling order 90 days after the first defendant appears or no later than 120 after the complaint is served. Lea's case went 340 days without a scheduling order, which gives timelines for discovery. Lea's case never went to discovery and in addition Assistant United States Attorney Spalding never answered the complaint in which is another violation of the law.

In case 1:12-CV-52, Judge McKinley took 180 days before entering a scheduling order after omitting the requirements of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26f so that he could potentially trick the plaintiff out of the "Planning of Parties Meeting" which serves as a mechanism to initiate discovery from non defendants.

The collusion of all these actors of unlawful activities has paid a toll on Lea, but he vows to continue his fight. Lea say "I was placed in this situation for a reason...I would like to think that Heaven hand picked one of it's finest soldiers for this fight. This is a town and a system of dirty little secrets, but no problem is too big for God to solve and I truly thank God for choosing me for this battle."
