mr. stovall & members of your group:
as your group in the southern region move forward for justice on monday in alabama, please be reminded of our slave history. when you get time please listen to the attached video by pbs. it makes clear some of the history, our pain and suffering....which relates to what is happening in america today. trust me, racism & sexism is alive and well in america, and in many forms, by many people, some them that look justice like us. usda a racist and abusive culture that is out of control....."the last plantation".
as you stand for justice in alabama on monday, be reminded that racism today has another face and another name. i am sorry i can't be with you. continue to resist the notion from those that say we as Black folks have arrived. that is a dream unrealized.
on monday i will be with you in spirit, heart and mind......just maybe next time. i have the utmost respect for you all.
