Dear Melissa, Earth Day is just around the corner! This year, we want to celebrate by doing something good for the planet AND by giving away a FREE trip to the amazing North Cascade mountains in the Pacific Northwest. All we ask is that you take an Earth Day pledge to get outside: visit a park, walk instead of drive, or go for a bike ride. From April 10 to May 4, you can pledge to do something that shows the world you value America's great outdoors. You'll also get to see a video of celebrities like Jessica Alba, Megan Mullally, and Octavia Spencer sharing their favorite place in America to get outdoors -- take the pledge and then share your favorite Piece of America! And as a thank you for making your pledge, you'll be entered in a drawing to win a trip for two to the Cascades, home to ancient pine forests and stunning alpine vistas. The prize package includes: - Two round-trip tickets to Seattle.
- Seven nights' accommodation, most meals and a car rental.
- Day excursions to the amazing Rainbow Falls, Agnes Gorge, and McGregor Mountain.
- Two premium backpacks from The North Face.
Sound like a fun trip? Then add your Earth Day pledge and be entered to win! Happy Earth Day 2012, Sarah Hodgdon Sierra Club Conservation Director P.S. Do you know someone else who could use a week in the mountains, too? Forward them this email, or share it on Facebook and Twitter:
