Mr. SMITH:
I received a call this morning informing me that RICHLAND COUNTY had placed a lien against my Birth Certificate – BOND? WHAT BOND? Commodities Fraud – a bond against a birth certificate, based on identity theft, this bond created by whom? Who is the beneficiary?By chance are my mother and father's signatures on this Bond or Birth Certificate anywhere? I am 67 and I have never been advised this bond exists.
Please show me a signed document whereby I have given Richland County/RICHLAND COUNTY permission to use my "birth certificate and or said bond"?
Exactly how much did this lien amount to? Where did you obtain this information? Considering everything that happened to me in Richland County/RICHLAND COUNTY, Municipal Court/MUNICIPAL COURT, is based on Fraud you have no lawful right to file any lien on any property belonging to me. How exactly can I obtain information relating to this "BOND"?
A copy of this letter will be addressed to the Federal Trade Commission as I am sure they would like to know how this fraud works exactly. I will also include the State's Attorney General Mike DeWine (Consumer Fraud) and the House and Senate Committees on the Judiciary.
Has Deputy Brad Henderson been arrested yet on the charge of filing a false police report? I did make out an affidavit for "citizens arrest" against him. Explain. How about an investigation of Kidnapping against Richland County Children Protection; that information was faxed to the FBI Lima, Ohio Office 88-pages of the master file from NY which proves they colluded to kidnap the child. Since that affidavit was never lawfully answered in 45-days it stands as truth in a court of law. Henderson had better be serving time now.
So explain this to me: The corporate STATE OF OHIO can make up charges against me for sending a FAX that I am not required to read before sending and I cannot in affidavit criminally charge Deputy Henderson (a liar cop) for filing a false police report – correct?
