Income taxes were ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1895 and the IRS ruled unconstitutional in 1935 by the Supreme Court so why is this IRS Form 1040 approved by Congress on October 3, 1913? Just as the Federal Reserve Act is fraudulently railroaded through Congress. Violation of the Jefferson Manual - All legislation must be read for 3-consecutive days before voted on. The FED was conceived on Jekyll Island not the halls of Congress - yet another interesting FRAUD.

non-u s Citizens residence of a union State any law written must be Constitutional. The 16th Amendment was never lawfully ratified by the union States 50 and there are 17,000 certified documents from State and Federal archives to prove it. There was only 2-states, if memory serves, that actually ratified the 16th Amendment
