members. The United States holds the patent on cannabinoids as an
antioxidant and neuroprotectants since October 7, 2003. Patent #6630507 (See
link below). I believe that anyone who has been charged and/or convicted of
marijuana related offenses can have their sentences overturned because of a
conflict of interest. All state, county and city entities are political
subdivisions and instrumentalities of the United States.
