Back in 2006, Newt Gingrich gave a speech at an award dinner billed
as a tribute to crusaders for the First Amendment, at which he
dropped more than a few jaws as he called for the curtailing of
free speech to fight 'terrorism'.
That's right, Newt Gingrich would destroy freedom in America to
save it. Perhaps they won't attack us if Newt takes away our
freedoms, you know, the ones that the terrorists hate so much.
