OK...attached to this email are scans (in a .pdf) of the two pages of Judge Ridgeway's actual decision that Rod originally scanned (BUT, these two pages of attached (.pdf) scans are NOT "certified" themselves !)...these two pages should be combined with the Certification scan so that it makes sense. Also, I've only attached a .jpg of the Ridgeway Certification because it's a smaller file and it's properly named/labeled. The Certification is kind of like (but not exactly like) an Apostille from the Sec. of State...
The reason Rod got the Ridgeway decision Certified was so that people could use Ridgeway's decision, upholding Judge May's decision in Rod's original case before Judge May (10 DOT 7047), in other cases and filings as an exhibit that would be accepted (because of the Certification) in other cases and filings by the various courts.
If you've already posted the original Certification - take it down, and now re-post what I've sent. It will make so much more sense to people wanting to use it and those trying to find it...
