Dear Sir:
Paying the national debt is a very simple thing. Each month for the next 1,556 months each citizen shall place in an envelope and mail to the BUREAU OF PUBLIC DEBT a check in the amount of $2.50.
In the meantime we must demand Congress stop borrowing money and that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA dba CORPORATION cease and desist borrowing against our good names and credit. In just 129.7 years this nation will be out of debt. Congressional Hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. till further notice.
This of course does not include the corporate income taxes they currently use to pay off the debt. We must further demand Congress take a $26,500.00 Pay cut, federal employees a 12% pay cut, and all Federal Employees, including CONGRESS go on the Social Security Retirement plan. The current Federal Retirement Plan eliminated as we the people never agreed to any of it. This will freeze all pay increases for the next 129.7 years for all our federal employees.
To further reduce Federal Expenses these Departments will be eliminated: INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE: DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: CIA: DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES, FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM. These united States shall grant to the DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY the right to print this nations lawful money pursuant to 48 Stat. 337; 12 USC 411 as this Nations must stop the interest on counterfeit money: THE FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE: a debt instrument.
