USDA.Khalid L to R Lawrence Lucas, President of the United States Department of Agriculture Coalition of Minority Workers,  Darlene Hall, USDA Fire Training Officer from Lassen National Forest in California, and Michael Stovall, a cattle farmer from Huntsville, Alabama, came together to host a "Filibuster" in front of the USDA Building in Southwest on Tues. The "Filibuster" was a joint venture with the Minority Farmers and the United States Department of Agriculture Coalition of Minority Workers to bring attention to the ongoing problems of discrimination and other issues affected farmers and USDA employees.
