As we celebrate the unveiling of the Martin Luther King, Jr. monument, we can not allow the congress to overturn our right to a jury trial.

Dear MISC Members, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee is scheduled to mark-up S. 743, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2011, tomorrow morning. In support of advancing this bill, we have sent the attached letter to Chairman Lieberman and Ranking Member Collins.
 
Tomorrow's committee vote is open to the public. It will take place at 10:00 am, DS-342, Dirksen Senate Office Building, http://1.usa.gov/nkvUPZ.
