As you are aware, the current WPA bill contains a provision that will allow MSPB administrative judges to issue summary judgment. The summary judgment would prevent plaintiffs from pursuing discrimination claims in federal court through a jury trial. As we celebrate the unveiling of the Martin Luther King, Jr. monument, we can not allow the congress to overturn our right to a jury trial.
