The below discussion and links show what is going on, in My Homeland.... and I will be writing a letter in protest to the Sheriff, county supervisors, L.A. city council, mayor, and all those local criminals, protesting the actions of the FDA and the "phony" NEW "green" (federal) court that will be prosecuting the owner of the Private Wholefoods Coop in Venice, California.
.... who are these criminals? ..... since WHEN did it become illegal for People to privately purchase organic dairy, fruits and vegetables. Who is the FDA? When did THEY become BOG HOSS to control what you and I choose to put into our bodies?
The truth is this: They have NO jurisdiction over the People's private lives!! Read the Constitution.... Read the attached very RECENT unanimous (9-0) decision on the limits of the federal government!
.... also, what happened on aug. 2, 2011 with the creation of a "new" SUPER CONGRESS is ALSO UNconstitutional; listen to the audio below this email and then.... Study up for yourselves.

Too Big to Fail? Geithner Says No
The Daily Beast "In the end, the taxpayers saved the Wall Street investment banks, with Geithner & Co. injecting enough capital to cushion them from bad bets. "People looked at the spectacle of a whole country rewarding them for their mistakes, and people said, 'You've got to be kidding,'" Geithner acknowledged. But ordinary Americans were not without blame either. "Americans as a group borrowed a huge amount of debt," he said. "There was indiscriminate pushing of credit into the fringes of the spectrum." If we "ordinary Americans not without blame" had been bailed out along with Wall Street then Geithner could say these things about us. But we weren't! Instead of being bailed out we have been fleeced (I want to say a stronger word here, but won't). By Geithner and Wall Street. What an a.. . But reading this article makes me think that he will be the next scapegoat thrown to the wolves. I could only hope the wolves were the reintroduced Montana wolves -- they are nice and big and hungry. well, it's all illegal, and they know it... it's time for the american people to start "peacefully" pushing back and using their Law against these scum of the bottomless pitt!! Oops.... did I say that?!?!?! :)

Phoenix pointed out something scary tonight (not RV- related). In this last-minute legislation, pushed through Congress to save us all from the default scare, something even worse has happened. A new thing was created, called a "super-congress," a group of 12 people, six from each party, that will have the power to make laws, including tax laws on millionaires, and their power will end up being greater than Congress itself. Already, Ron Paul and others are starting to become alarmed. This is the President's and the liberal Dem's answer to the Tea Party. They recognize the power of the Tea Party and others to thwart their schemes, so they have created this Super Congress to take that power away. This group of 12 will answer to the President alone, and the rest of the Congress will be expected to go along with them--or else. I agree with Phoenix: this is a great threat to our democracy (correction: We are a Republic). On August 2, 1934, Hitler was made Fuhrer (leader) of Germany and given emergency powers to get them out of their economic crisis, when it took a wheelbarrow to cart enough money to buy a loaf of bread. Once again, an economic emergency (the default) has been used to push through Congress legislation that will create this Super Congress, giving the President the power he wants to do whatever he wants. Let's all be watchful for what happens now. We might be glad the debt ceiling was raised so that Iraq is free to RV their currency--but the joy may not last long, depending on what happens with this powerful new body. Everyone, be watchful!

Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist No. 16, that the American people are "the natural guardians of the Constitution" and should take whatever action is necessary when their representatives in the federal government concur with the usurpations of another Branch – and thereby violate their oaths to defend the Constitution.
In Federalist No. 33, Hamilton says:
"If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard they have formed [the Constitution], and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify."-------- Original Message --------
