RobbRyder here... since recording my deed, I've been kinda stuck on what to do next... so it was back to the books... and I keep being lead in the same direction... That since we are parties to a deed as an infant they were never read to us...so we have to ask them...And that the kind of conveyance (Deed) they gave us back is a conditional one..:Further after looking over the deed I recorded the "Grantor" (clerk of the county of Bay) states that "the following is a copy of MR ALL CAPS ... now remaining in his office."... He has a "copy" in his office.... so where is the original?Well, he recorded it.. Liber F, Page 2137... with the Register of Deeds... and he got a copy.. and the original stayed in the vault of the Register of Deeds... So what original are we talking about... The Original Birth Certificate from the Hospital..(the Deed Poll we gave them)...I have what I call the Short Form BC... and it has his same witness statement on it, as on the top of the RECORD OF BIRTH that I recorded... and it is under seal also...Writing under seal is a DEED...So I called the Birth County Register of Deeds and asked if it was possible to have a copy of a deed that I was a party to mailed to me... "Why, yes we can" was their answer... (all their records are public records, and available to anyone that ask)..They will even invoice me after sending them.... (don't have to pay up front)...So I'm going to make a copy of the Short form BC and the LIVE BIRTH RECORD.. and tell them that I was a party to these deeds as an infant and never had them read to me, so please send the "entire" record of the Deeds... for my inspection...Anyway if your not ready to record your deed... at least maybe this way you can read it....
