I'm concerned with the Lady Speaker from Michigan, as she makes a statement in the last moments of the hearing, that waste, fraud and abuse isn't rampant in the usda.

How can you have the same forms of complaints from farmers, ranchers from many states that all have similarities in their complaints, this only opens more questions to if the OIG
is really investigating to help or to hinder the rights of the very people who also happen to be taxpayers.
