Rodney Class vs. Governor of NC, et al. Trial Postponed !
Judge Has 90 Days To Decide What To Do !
High Shoals, NC - Rodney Class vs. Governor of NC, et al. has been postponed by Administrative Law Judge HOWARD E. MANNING, JR. The trial had been scheduled for Judicial Review on Monday, May 9 in Raleigh in Wake County Superior Court, but in a surprise move today, Judge Manning postponed it, and now has 90 days to figure out how to handle Mr. Class' artfully constructed and chess-like action in his court. The case number is 11-CVS-001559.
Mr. Class is attempting to bring forth a Judicial Review on behalf of the People of NC and the U.S. regarding the Right to Travel issue along with charges of Embezzlement on the local political subdivisions. The suit is the result of an alleged, unlawful traffic infraction in Gastonia County.
Mr. Class is acting as a Private Attorney General under provisions of an 1866 Federal Act and is acting for all People and political subdivisions similarly situated and affected by the charges in his Judicial Review.
