the question now is who is left to fight the every so powerful usda and it's abusive vilsack administration, that has and continues to destroy the live of so many minority farmers, especially Black farmers, and usda employees?

this administration has lulled us to sleep. similarly, the same happened after the death of dr. king. they gave us an excuse to hide our once outwardly exhibited courage. but these are different times....right?

we must be who we are and not what they expect us to be.

Here is the actual order from Chief Judge Thomas Russell. I know that
Harry is smiling Big in Heaven right now because he will finally get
his day in Court. The only advice that I can give any of you is an
example set by the Late Harry Young...Fight On Black Farmer Fight
On....

This was found on the internet and the only way that you will get
justice from the ill actions of the the USDA and it's employees
against you is to take the fight to them...Be Relentless, Be Brave and
know that God is with you.
