Will Move Forward May 9 In Raleigh
High Shoals, NC - Rodney Class vs. Governor Of NC, et al. will move forward for Judicial Review on Monday, May 9 in Raleigh in Wake County Superior Court at 10:00am before HOWARD E. MANNING, JR. The case number is 11-CVS-001559.
Mr. Class is bringing forth a Judicial Review on behalf of the People regarding the Right to Travel issue along with charges of Embezzlement on the local political subdivisions. The suit is the result of an alleged, unlawful traffic infraction in Gastonia County.
Mr. Class is acting as a Private Attorney General under provisions of an 1866 Federal Act and is acting for all People and political subdivisions similarly situated and affected by the charges in his Judicial Review.
