Whether the forwarded report in part is your basic unadulterated "scuttlebutt" and unsubstantiated rumor... or it is a real indication of impending disaster upon the area in the central united States surrounding the Mississippi called the New Madrid Seismic Zone -- remains to be seen.
However, because the forecast indicates dates certain (May 16-19, 2011) when an earthquake is supposed to occur upon the New Madrid Seismic Zone and cause major devastation, this threat does need to be taken at face value, and assessed by thinking Americans.
If nothing else, those who are known to be living within the area that may be impacted, should be notified of the potential for particular disruption that will occur if a major earthquake does happens within the area, and within the time frame projected.
The report has been edited to remove unrelated references, hypercritical and incendiary remarks of the report's author and weblinks that relate to what are referred to as conspiracy theories -- not that I am not also a "conspiracy theorist" of sorts. [I did not edit out all irresponsible remarks noted].
The HAARP antenna arrays are located in Alaska and other locations around the world. They are reportedly also mounted on mobile platforms that can move across country or ocean.
Extremely low frequency (ELF) signals from a HAARP technology transmitter are now reportedly aimed and have been radiating for hours already, upon the New Madrid Seismic Zone in the united States.
The same kind of ELF transmissions were allegedly aimed for days upon Port au Prince, Haiti, before their earthquake was triggered, and also upon the ocean area off the coast of Honshu, Japan, which allegedly triggered an earthquake that resulted in the now infamous tsunami that caused so much destruction upon the coastline communities, as well as to trigger the failures of the nuclear facilities, which are still ongoing events.
Please read the report and assess its credibility for possible adverse conditions that may occur, and that are centered upon the New Madrid Seismic Zone within the next week.

The HAARP signal was shutoff just after their quake hit. Reports are in that foreign CANADIAN TROOPS are in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri and elsewhere. They don't need to WAIT for next week's scheduled deployment! This could happen SOONER!
It took 40 hours for Haiti's quake to erupt, and 55 hours for the quake in Japan. This HYPER signal has now been on for SIX HOURS from the time I'm sending this now. This may be more weather modification spreading more water to already flooded areas. Or it could be the start of the New Madrid Quake. SPREAD THE WORD!!
Rains Soaking New Madrid for upcoming May 16-19 HUGE QUAKE!
The epicenter for the New Madrid quake area is where Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee meet. This area is now being SOAKED heavily with rain. Combine this with flooding from recent rains all going toward Evansville, Indiana. HAARP functions much like a huge microwave beam. It works well at heating water.
This process took 40 hours to set off Haiti's quake and 55 hours for Japan's. Right now there is another MASSIVE New Madrid Drill where the DHS NAZIs are boasting of having 3 MILLION obedient Drill Drones!
They have bought 40 MILLION BODY BAGS FOR THEM! HAARP is on right now and has been since 6pm UTC yesterday. It is at a much lower frequency than Japan (1.8 Hz instead of the 2.5Hz).

While they may be concocting a smaller 'tremor' for the drones to enjoy, I still believe the MAIN SHOW will be when they publicly put the CANADIAN TROOPS ON THE GROUND! This I believe still occurs from May 16-19, 2011.

A look at the induction magnetometer charts from last year's earthquake in Haiti, as well as from the recent earthquake measuring 9.1 on the Richter scale that triggered a tsunami and destruction on the Japanese east coast show surprising similarities that point to an artificial cause and the use of HAARP technology.
In the case of Haiti, low frequency signals of 2.1 Hz were detected for 40 hours before the earthquake occurred, while in the case of Japan, something similar happened. Low frequency signals of 2.5 Hz were detected for about 55 hours before the earthquake occurred off the coast of Japan, as well as for 4 hours afterwards.
