High Shoals Litigant Awaits Decision For Trial In Raleigh
4.26.11- High Shoals, NC – A lawsuit being brought forth by Rodney Class, of High Shoals, is awaiting the decision of an Administrative Law Judge in Raleigh (Wake County) Superior Court as to whether Mr. Class' suit against the NC Attorney General, et al. will be allowed to go to trial on May 9.
Mr. Class is attempting to bring forward a suit on behalf of the People regarding the Right to Travel along with charges of Embezzlement of the local political subdivisions.
Rodney Class was heard in the Wake County Superior Court on Thursday, April 21. The Judge has agreed to read Mr. Class' charges and deliver a decision concerning the scheduled May 9 court date. The suit is the result of an alleged, unlawful traffic infraction in Gaston County.
Mr. Class is acting as a Private Attorney General under provisions of an 1866 Federal Act and is acting for all People and political subdivisions similarly situated and affected by the charges in his suit.
