Attached is the article SECURITIZATION IS ILLEGAL by Michael NWOGUGU, which was one of the first articles I put on the blog clear back in December 2010, but have had for quite sometime.
Included and attached also is "Enron And The Use And Abuse Of Special Purpose Entities In Corporate Structures", which is cross referenced from the footnotes (see #1) in the Securitization Document.
The entire article is 8.6 MB so only the link is attached.
Interesting how no matter which way one turns, ENRON is involved in any shady transaction one researches, particularly so is in this securitization matter.
No wonder so many readers are cross referencing ENRON on the blog daily, apparently they're are on to something big!!!
