The main case below >> McDonald v. City of Chicago << that brought this 14th Amendment subject up...What does it mean if we are actually considered (assumed and presumed by the gov.) to be
14th Amendment citizens and the implications for us...Is the gov. obligated to pay any and all our
bills (debts) the we incur in daily life because of the 1933 Bankruptcy because of the gov's
assumption that we ARE 14th Amendment citizens - Or, if they don't want to claim us (and pay everything for us) WHY don't they feel obligated to leave us alone and not apply the gov's Administrative Law to us ? You may also want to read Jim Traficant's speech on the floor of
Congress from 1993 as he exposed the ongoing 1933 bankruptcy...
