Many laughed at the Re-Opening of the 111th U.S. House of Representatives ..and the reading 'for the first time in history, [the contracted with We, the People] Constitution of/for the united States of America not realizing this was RE-RATIFICATION of our 'Constitution" which by Law of the Land will do as it was intended to do.. in those SEVEN ARTICLES of Constitution i.e. Law of the Land, to
1. Conduct International Commerce of/for We, the People,
2. Collect Tax's and duties on inported goods the American People "cannot manufacture or produce themselves" and prohibit 'imports' of products manufactured by more experienced nations at a lesser price than the American Manufacturer and Producer can produce them so as not to discourage the American Manufacturer and Producer, and
3. Provide for a Common Defense against invasion.
The 10 Articles of the Constitution were the allowables and non allowables which were read on the House Floor.
The U.S. House and Senate re-opened for "business of We the People" by RE-RATIFICATION of the Constitutional Authority of WE the People to PROPERLY conduct themselves and do as the Constitution which the People Authorized the Sovereign Republic States of the Union to be Represented.

You may not like this either! Check the Acts Passed Of The Ninteenth Congress of the United States..1825 and you will find the U.S. House and Senate "Repealed" the Corporation of Washington D.C." because: "It operated in Conflict of Interest with the Sovereign Civil Governments of the States."
The 1862 Sine die.. allowed the WALL STREET BANKERS, WR GRACE, JP MORGAN, ROTHSCHILD BANKING to set up shop once again in 1871.. and re-open the "Corporation-Company's" allowing the Conflict of Interest Corporations to conduct and do business of the US CORPORATION'S and US COMPANY'S.. while ignoring the Sovereign Civil Governments of the Republics of the united States.
