Attached are two ( the same) invoices dated 01 27 2009 to FCSME ( FEDERATION OF COUNTY STATE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES) for damages, injury, harm. (all rights reserved.)

Effective as of this notice constituting after the fact implications, any continued/further investments made through ANY COURT or court clerk, agents thereof, as members of COMMITTEE ON SECURITIES IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES (CUSIP) investing through COURT REGISTRY INVESTMENT SYSTEM (CRIS) or any other fraudulent means, including but not limited to identity theft, copyright infringement of herein, or any/all acts against herein by any party, here or abroad, regardless of political status, or any national or international bank including but not limited to Banco Vaticano or subsidiaries thereof, including Bank of England, or any other financial institution which includes insurance Companies, such as FDIC, NCUA or any other agency in which handles closing transactions, regardless of geographic location, additional damages, injury and/or harm will be claimed by herein.
Washington state Governor, Christine Gregoire, has previously mentioned on National television "having received an unprecedented amount of 1.2 Billion dollars from FEMA for the December storm" in about 2009.
The money received by Washington state and subsidiaries thereof was obtained from proceeds invested through the COURT REGISTRY INVESTMENT SYSTEM (CRIS), as evidenced by the court cases listed in the attached invoice, further supported by other well documented evidence to be presented in entirety at requested Administrative hearing.
An audit of the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK , all Washington state and Pacific County Washington departments, et al agencies and/or dba's thereof, including Department of Transportation, (DOT) and particularly Lewis County Washington, will show how all the proceeds obtained through the above cases, including federal, but not limited to those mentioned herein, funneled through CRIS, The US Treasury, The Department of Public Debt, into the Federal Reserve Bank in Houston Texas, but not limited to, laundered back into state, county and federal offices, through fraudulent means, including grants, and including but not limited to tax fraud.
Washington state Governor Christine Gregoire was one of all governors nationwide named as a defendant in the ;Rodney Dale; [Class] PAG Coast Guard Filing wherein an Administrative hearing was requested and demanded to address the herein collective, conspiring acts in concert between, city, county, state federal employees, obtaining money through deceptive practices and other fraudulent means, reasserted and realleged herein, but not limited to, and as supported by herein's affidavit and WELL DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE , incorporated in entirety herein by introduction.
