Lewis & Clark Trail physically runs to Structural Investments & Planning via the shoreline in the nature conservancy area in Seaview, Washington.
Les Zimmer represented Nature Conservancy at public meeting Long Beach City Hall November 12, 2003.
November 12, 2003 is the same date that all three of Triplett properties were combined into one by Jon Kaino, after Triplett informed State Parks at that same meeting that 30th street cannot be opened as a main approach to the beach due to the contingencies that Jon Kaino's mother, Broker Realtor of LightHouse Realty expressed and implied the property sold to Triplett's on 30th street by Sharon Kaino, and Todd Kaino.
Jon Kaino was present at that same meeting and stormed out when Triplett informed Kaino "That I will sue your mother's Brokerage license for errors and omissions if you open up 30th street to the public since your mother informed us "that it cannot be developed as it is all wet lands" "
LightHouse Realty is the Realty that sold all the property to Doney/Structural Investments & Planning, LLC et al dba's at the same time selling property to Triplett's, that is cannot be developed.
Jon Kaino owns "KAINO CONTRACT LOGGING."
The adjoining property owners to 2815 Willows Rd, Seaview, Washington, 98644 were never informed that a development project was even a proposal.
When logging began, no permits were obtainable through due diligence.
County officials were on scene when dump trucks removed and hauled earth from said project.
Upon inquiry, county official, Dale[ Hennington] stated that "They are putting in a water system down at Cape "D"."
This was an intentional lie as that location is a few miles away and the earth was being removed and transported from the immediate vicinity at 2815 Willows Road.
The collusion, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, acting with forethought and malice with intent before, during and after the commission of public official corruption, by use of Pacific county officials including Pacific County Sheriff Department, who to date are still retaliating against this federal witness and victim of federal crimes perpetrated by state officials acting under color of state law, in collusion with Matthew Doney, who has a previous track record at Clatsop County, Oregon court. All herein officials were notified of that last fact prior to doing business with Matthew Doney but proceeded regardless.
Matthew Doney defrauded The Bank of Pacific for $657k.
Judge /attorney Douglas Goelz was the attorney for BoP.
The matter was placed into receivership.
Rob Snow, Real Estate Broker, Planning Commission and BoP representative was named as receiver for that Pacific County Superior Court case approx., 2002.
Rob Snows middle name is BOB.
The initials RBS are on Matthew Doney's map for Pacific Crest 1 Development, LLC.
This is a conflict of interest and collusion with county officials.
Judge/attorney, Douglas Goelz, is to date retaliating against Triplett including the cases Arizona Bankruptcy Court has on file for damages caused in concert, collusion with Structural Investments & Planning, LLC alter ego agent Matthew Doney. Case 09 2 01035 RTB. Jan 2009.
All statements previously entered by herein Triplett are reasserted, realleged and incorporated in entirety by this introduction.
All rights reserved including additional damages now incurring to yet another lawsuit that directly involves Matthew Doney and Pacific County officials.
