Attached are documents that shows the fraud committed against every American through securitization, court and other bank fraud.
Uttering counterfeit securities shows USC TITLE 18> 472,473,474. This is exactly what every single court, in fact, is doing, then laundering the proceeds through the Federal Reserve, Dallas Texas Branch, through COURT REGISTRY INVESTMENTS SYSTEM (CRIS).
sav1522;530;1455 shows the Bureau of public debt forms used by court clerks to obtain a CUSIP NUMBER to securitize court cases.
CUSIP= COMMITTEE ON SECURITIES IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES.
These now securitized documents are 100% unlawful and illegal.
Once all the court cases are securitized by the court clerk, (Remember Scott Rothsteins "Confidential" court case investment fraud?) then they get bundled, usually the credit unions are the number one purchasers then the universities, then these bundles are resold.
This is where the securities get converted into "AAA" securities before transferred abroad to the unknowing purchasers.

Pacific County WA and Washington state officials are still Co Conspiring to commit fraud against this party and (now deceased) spouse.
Pacific County and Washington state officials, acting in concert together with banks and others, high jacked this party's corporation OBEX ENTERPRISES INC.
Through the Washington Secretary of state, where the real original OBEX is registered, OBEX was then high jacked through Florida, fraudulently converted into OBEX ENTERPRISES, LLC, and numerous other names, fraudulently converting yet more credit theft.

OBEX was then turned into a "AAA" 200 multimillion dollar lending agency and then transferred into five countries abroad, including Taiwan, Europe and Asia, operating through Rochester New York by Randall Katzenstein.
After theft of OBEX, through aid of Co Conspirators Pacific County and Washington state officials acting with banks and their agents, these securitizing bank fraudsters, securities defrauders and thieves, then set up Better Client Services, LLC, as a subsidiary under OBEX Enterprises.(numerous names as stock splits now exist.)
Better Client Services, LLC, is nothing more than a 13 page "Credit Application" for "AAA" credit applicants.
The sole purpose of the application is to obtain sensitive information by the applicant, unknowingly voluntarily providing all asset information, including bank accounts, credit card numbers, social security info and the like.
Once the applicant's private information is provided, these identity thieving, securitizing racketeering banksters have obtained enough personal information to set up yet another shell LLC and so on and so forth.
After OBEX was laundered and cloned through Florida, it then was fraudulently transferred to Delaware Corporations Division, with The Corporation Trust Company as the registered agent.
Every Corporation in the world runs through the Corporation Trust Company sooner or later, pursuant to The Corporation Trust Company's Articles of incorporation, 1907.
This means the the Secretary of State in Washington, Florida and Delaware also have knowledge or should have known about the real OBEX and the high jacking thereof.
Also, the real OBEX is located at herein's address.
This address has been traded on fidelity by unknown individuals and entities other than this reporting party, without herein's knowledge,consent, privilege, or authorization to do so, and this is also securities fraud.

All the banks, all the credit unions and all the courts, with no exceptions, are committing securities fraud against all Americans. Ask Scott Rothstein, he can give better details, if the Florida jail he is in allows him visitation rights, by those people other than bankers.
These and other securities are then sold abroad to either knowing or unknowing securities fraud participants.
This securitization gives international banks a foothold to attempt fraudulent conveyance foreclosures against Americans, though the purchased bundled counterfeit securities instruments were fraudulently derived, obtained, created, through the court clerks et al under the authority of judges, each/all acting outside the scope of authority pursuant to the 11th amendment having no judicial capacity, each then filing the public debt forms 1522 et al to the Bureau of Public Debt department of the Treasury and filing checks into the Federal Reserve each/all acting as co- conspirators in racketeering enterprises with intent to cause financial injury, damage and harm to Americans and others here and abroad.

Note all the listed banks operated through KBC PEEL HUNT, and Rothschilds PLC is a major participant named in the document.
House of Rothschild's is located in Florida, and similar names listed on Washington State,Secretary of state, one of which registered agent is "UNITED STATES CORPORATION CO".
This convoluted maze of fraud begins with the banks and ends with the banks, particularly the Banco Vaticano.
This devious diabolical plan whose master mind began with the Rothschilds is evidenced in a letter written by the Rothschild's in 1863. This letter gives great detail of the "Bank Notes" resembling the green backs so closely no one will know the inimical harm they will cause but bear the brunt of the burden." The Rothschild's, the Illuminati, The Jesuits, the Bilderbergs and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), are clearly maniacal, delusional, megalomaniacs, whose brains only got them so far, and whose luck has ran out, for the "Woe be to you Lawyers" is upon them.
