To All,
These attached letters, sent a second time to some, are sent as
protection from Pacific County, WA officials acting beyond the scope of
authority in attempt to further cause additional damage injury and harm
to herein.
On November 18, 2004, an "Uncertified report of death" against herein's
husband was filed with the Department of Defense though spouse was,
indeed, still living.
It is herein's personal belief that at that time, COUNTY OF, PACIFIC,
WASHINGTON, STATE OF, THE FEDERAL RESERVE, THE US TREASURY acting in
concert deceitfully appointed themselves as Trustees and Executors over
herein's estate, through fraud, deception, fraudulent conveyance, and
other predicate acts.
Herein's spouse, was not deceased until May 7, 2010, wherein the above
ARE again are attempting the same, now acting with ADVANTIS CREDIT
UNION through a fraudulent alleged court proceeding, which has no
jurisdiction pursuant to the 11th amendment.
Additionally, COUNTY OF PACIFIC, THE FEDERAL RESERVE, THE IRS, THE US
TREASURY, using COURT REGISTRY INVSETMENT SYSTEM (CRIS) have
securitized the previously paid in full insured property, invested
through securites fraud in violation of USC TITLE 18> 472;473;474 and
513, but not limited to.
Evidence of this has previously been sent, world wide, to other federal
agencies, and to the military.
An administrative hearing has been formally requested with the military
pursuant to USC TITLE 10 and TITLE 50. All fiftly Governors have been
served as COMMANDER IN CHIEF.
A criminal affidavit entered by herein is attached to that request for
Administrative Hearing.
Evidence further supports that the above named entities are acting as
agents for The Vatican, as far fetched as that may seem for the
untrained individual, however, years of research proves the same to be
true.
Recently about 33 million in funds belonging to the Vatican were
frozen, in a money laudering operation, this is only the beginning of
what is about to occur.
The CRIS investments , though difficult to follow by design, eventually
funds end up at the Banco Vaticano, after channeled through the Federal
Reserve in Dallas Texas, and other financial institutions.
This cannot be disputed.See Public Debt form 1522, which the court
Clerks fill out on every court case, in order to obtain a CUSIP number.
CUSIP, an AMERICAN BANKERS ASSOCIATION copyrighted registered
trademark, is the COMMITTEE ON SECURITIES IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES.
ALL court cases are traded as International Securities. This is the
basis for the Scott Rothstein fraud cases in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
though not ever explained in detail to the general public to protect
those guilty of security fraud as court officials. Rather, information
has been provided that Rothstein was "Investing in confidential court
cases" which is a conflict of terms, as all court cases are public record.
Additionally, in order for the court cases to have been invested, there
had to be assigned to each case a public debt number, which the court
clerk had to counterfeit the case by altering the document, adding that
number on the upper right hand corner after the fact.
This then obtains The Department of Public Debt Form 1522,( there are
others). The public Debt Department operates under the US Department of
Treasury.
Then, a CUSIP number is assigned for investment purposes. all the while
the unknowing parties to the cases have no knowledge the court and every
official thereof, particulary every court clerk, judge and attorney,
knows that every case is highly profitable and the proceeds thereof are
fraudulently transferred into private funds, the US Treasury receiving
28.25% per each security.
Personal information is supplied on the public debt form, holding
accountable for the taxes anyone but the court officials,court clerks,
judges and attorneys, those actually profiting from the investments.
Evidence, including MANY Congressional Record and other Archive Files,
supports these statements irrefutably.
